“Great addition to the UV! Definitely have been waiting for more pastry options to open up around in this area other than boba. The crepes were fairly decent. My only complaint about them was that the Crème Brûlée crepe had way too much cream on the top half and became too much after a few bites. I did really enjoy the Matcha Chocolate crepe as it wasn't too sweet. Definitely a place to check out if you're in the area looking for something sweet.“
“Found this place at the Farmers Market Saturdays (aka Terra Vista Farmer's Market) in Rancho Cucamonga. Here's the real story -- it was Saturday morning and I was craving pancakes, so in desperation I went to McDonald's (don't judge). It was past breakfast time though and the line was long, so I went on to the rest of my errands for the day: Farmer's Market. Then I discovered this place ... enter a more sophisticated version of those pancakes I was craving! Crepes Tree has both sweet and savory crepes, but I ordered a simple fresh banana crepe with whipped cream and raspberry sauce. $12. I declined the powdered sugar and chocolate sauce but they would have done anything I asked. The whipped cream was real -- no Reddiwhip (which I am picky about), and the portion was very large. The servers were friendly and the FAST. This was less than 5 minutes! I'll be back next time to try a savory crepe.“
“We've been to Crepes N Cravings on more than 1 occasion. Everything we've ever tried has always been good. But, they are lacking in the customer service. There was a gentleman and a lady making the orders when we went. Another person had to be called to come help because they were so busy. There must have been 3 groups of people before us. Obviously, they were busy, and we had no problem waiting. 2 people in our party ordered first, and the guy didn't take their order correctly. When it was my turn to order, I had to make a call to someone to ask what else they wanted because they weren't able to make what she had requested. The guy walked away mid order and didn't come back to complete my order. When the girl walked to the register to hand off a completed order, she asked if I had been helped. She had to complete my order because he had just walked away. The 2 employees either don't get along or they have terrible communication skills. You can just see in their facial expressions that they don't work well together. Also, I don't have anything against people wearing earphones at work. But, if you are taking orders, you might not want to wear them, so you can actually hear what people are requesting. The guy took my brothers order wrong, and some of my orders were wrong as well. We didn't complain while there. We knew they were busy, but it is annoying that they don't take the orders correctly, which is probably because they have the earphones on. The lack of good customer service is something we often experience here. There used to be a guy in his 30s who was working here and had great customer service, but I am not sure if he still works there or not. Too bad I can't remember his name to post it. Overall, the food and desserts are great. Just don't expect too much from their customer service. I'd give 5 stars if their customer service improved.“
“Went here for the first time with some friends. It had been years since I have had a crepe. I ordered, what the menu calls, "the most popular" crepe, which had Nutella, banana slices & strawberries. It was really good. The wait time was decent and the service was good. The inside is small and doesn't have a lot of space to wait for long periods. They have a little station inside where you can add powdered sugar, chocolate, or caramel. I would come back here again and order a dinner crepe.“
