This was our first time here. The service was good out waiter was very nice and knew the menu and what to recommend which was nice. I dont eat fish but we did get the Salmon balls as a appetizer & it was very good. Also got 2 different sushi rolls & 2 drinks was very happy with everything. It is a little pricey but overall everything was great

My second time going: First time I went in sweats with my nephew and they sat us on a tiny table behind one of the pillars where you could not see the live music and service was poor. They served others from bigger parties before us. Second time we went in dress well with my sister and nephew. The guacamole wasn't smooth rather whole cube chunks and had more tomatoes than avocado with no salt/lemon or cilantro. The sushi rolls had more rice in the center than filling...not worth the $155 bill. Drinks were good but won't go here again.

Ordered over the phone based on the menu online and was overcharged. Even placing the order was so difficult because now they have live music back and the waitress could not hear me nor could I understand and hear her. They expect you to pay over the phone before you place an order, even though my order was under $20. When you can't hear someone, repeating credit card numbers over the phone is really irritating. Worst of all, the ceviche was so gross. It tasted really bad and the shrimp was completely raw. After letting it sit in the juice for more than 30 minutes, it was still raw which leads me to believe that there is no lime or lemon juice in there to cook the shrimp. The flavor was just off and I couldn't eat it. Unfortunately I will have to find my favorite Sinaloense ceviche elsewhere.

You need to provide your customers with free water!! Stop forcing people to buy $2.50 water bottles. That is absolutely ridiculous. You are a restaurant what kind of place doesn't give you free water?!? I have never heard of this in my life. Making a few extra dollars is not worth the amount of customers you will piss off.

The service was nice. I got the happy hour special 3 fish tacos for $10 and 3 Culichi beers for $10. Good flavor and good sized tacos, but they were on the sweet side and they did not carry spicy sauce. My boyfriend got the aguachile, it was good but not great. Too many veggies and too few shrimps for $18 :(. But overall we had a good experience.

Came in today and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. To say I'm upset is an understatement. Culichi town has gone under a renovation and the aesthetic was nice. But that's about it. Music was incredibly loud. So loud that I came out with my ears ringing. Our server who's name I can't remember had little to no knowledge of the menu. At one point she just spaced out so we just looked at the menu instead of waiting for her to finish. We ordered water and she came out with two bottles of water. She failed to mention that waters are $10 each and that tap water was an option. She upsold us on a michi and the beer went from $8 to $15. $7 extra for some juice and Tajín. Now onto the food. The rock shrimp was the only enjoyable food we had. The fish tacos were HORRIBLE. A piece of fish that is about as thick as a butter knife, buried under cabbage, tomato, and chipotle sauce. Not that it matters since it all tasted like cardboard. I squeezed two limes onto my tacos and didn't even taste it. It tasted like bland tortilla. Now onto my server. My server seemed to fixate on the fact that I didn't speak to her more than I was. She asked me if I spoke Spanish (I do and was speaking to her in Spanish the whole time) and asked if she was speaking to me too fast and why I wasn't talking more. I felt it was very invasive and almost condescending. I also didn't feel the need to say much since most of the time she was missing anyways. She was only out when she was taking orders or dropping off food/drinks. If she wasn't doing those things then she was no where to be seen. Never came to check up on us, and only came back out to give us the check. All of this and we paid $100. Two people paid $100 for 6 lousy fish tacos and juiced down drinks. I feel scammed and cheated out of my money. If they are going to makes all these renovations and raise all their prices, you'd think the quality of food would also go up. But instead I'm just paying to help out with their light bill. Long story short: if you want to take pictures and post on Instagram then it's perfect, but if you like quality food and service, then you're better off going somewhere else.

I got to say that the customer service was amazing from the moment we walked in. The manager Braulio made us feel at home and the amazing bartender Kim, had the best service. Highly recommend this specific location. Definitely coming back.

I wanted to give this restaurant another chance. Thats why we came back after not having a good experience the first time with our waitress. This time our waitress was great ! Got our orders correctly & checking to make sure we were good. I order langostinos plate that was $30 it was delicious! I finished it and i wanted to eat the remainder of the salsa with chips & i noticed a thick beard hair. I felt disgusted, i did let management know. I wasn't expecting it to get removed from my tab i did get 10%off but still for it to be $30 and have a thick hair on it.

I'm not sure what they were thinking. The music used to be loud, but that is what Culichitown was known for, the experience. Waitress was wearing a mask and couldn't hear what she was saying. She forgot to place one of our orders. Coctel de camarón is no longer the same, served in a bowl and it was mostly liquid. They charged us for every refill even on fountain drinks. Water is no longer free. Overpriced to say the least. Will no longer be coming back absolutely letting friends and family know so that they don't waste their money.

Im only giving this place a star because they were able to accommodate us to a different area were the music wasn't so loud. We were first seated right in front of the band that was playing, their music sucks, its so loud, you cant even hear the person sitting right next to you, let alone the waitresses. Also, when we got our appetizers they didnt bring us any serving plates. The food is alright. It's also very expensive. We were 6 adults, thats considered a "large party" so the tip is already included in the bill and we were obligated to pay a $35 tip for bad service!!!! We're never coming here again!

They bring one dish to one person then another to the other people in the party 15 minutes later. Just bring all the food all at once. Half of us were done by the time the others started eating. They don’t give you water the only have $2.50 water bottles. The waitress was slow even though it was empty. Half of the food was good, half was not that good with very very small portions. Super expensive. Drinks were presented very nicely, I would only come back for drinks. Never would chose to eat here again though.

This place has completely changed. Came here with my wife expecting the usual upbeat atmosphere but unfortunately that wasn't the case. First off there is no live banda anymore on the weekends which is a shame. There is also no more buckets of beer on the menu, every tostada comes as a single serving and still 18$. My wife ordered a water and was notified by the waitress that they don't have tap water, instead they sell you a bottled water of tap for 2.50$. I came here for good food, cold buckets of beer and good music, instead they have overpriced food, a shitty DJ and waiters trying to upsell you shots. The order of empanadas use to home by 6 or 12, now they only come in 3 and they are 18$ Ridiculous !!!! I definitely won't be coming here again.

Drinks were okay for incredibly overpriced for the wow factor being dry ice. Food was okay but they completely changed their portions (smaller) from the last time we were here. Hang my bacon shrimps On a clothes line but I’ll still remember how this plate used to be served with rice and beans and now it’s a wimpy salad. They are trying to go for this high scale type of feel but I remember there being bandas here and now all that plays is TikTok’s top ten songs. Food also came out at different times it was weird. For the price expected better. I’d pass. Our waiter was super nice though hence the 2 stars.

Restaurant is lively and has great music and the workers seem to enjoy themselves. Culichi Town has upgraded their inside dining area and it looks wonderful. Unfortunately the food paid the price with all the upgrades because the food isn’t the same as it was before. The food got smaller and less authentic and less tasteful but the prices stayed the same and increased.

I visited this restaurant. I didn't eat nor drink anything. However, I did glance at their menus. I was able to observe pictures of their entrees and prices. Their entrees look delicious. On the other hand, they seem to cost an arm and a leg. The restaurant nicely decorated is a plus. Nevertheless, their deafening music consisting of repetitive Reggaetón is not very delightful. My original intention was to apply for employment. The music was so loud, I was screaming so that the interviewer could hear me. I didn't get hired, but a current hiree told me, "You wouldn't have liked it anyways. "?
