Ordered 3 item plate and a sandwich,bun was soggy ,beans taste from a can .Order to go no BBQ sauce provided for my chicken and brisket.Out of ribs as well.at 530pm.

It was the worse brisket I ever had at Deckey’s. Meat is tough and chewy and COLD. The bread is stale. The service is very slow, no fries. I paid $18.93 for the 3 meat and walked out hungry.

This was some of the worst BBQ I have ever had. We ordered a 2 meat plate, rib plate, the chicken sandwich and the giant baker. All of which came out cold.The baker was terrible, not only was it the size of a baseball, but the potato was grey inside and terrible. Honestly, you could have gotten the same potato at Wendy's for a third of the price.They are always out of something. During this visit, they were out of fries or could not make any fried food. They had no ice, half the utensils were missing and their BBQ sauce was not served hot.Not sure how this store stays in business. We have been to other Dickey's (Hemet-now closed, Riverside Plaza, Banning/Beaumont) and this location is by far the worst in all aspects.We will not be going back.

This place is terrible. They got my entire order wrong, didn't have Fry's and said they are told by owners they can't start deep frier prior to 5pm. I called and complained and basically it comes down to bad owners. The manager on duty hands were tied. She couldn't make a call because of owners. The manager took down my contact info for the owner to call me. NOTHING. Their food was bad, no proper lids on containers and just out of sorts. Go to famous Dave's or Lucilles. The brisket looked like zombie meat.

The delivery and service was HORRIBLE!!!!! Then door dash aren’t any better!!! 70 bucks worth of food and no one has to answer to it!!! Despicable!!! The potatoes was rotten!! And Dickey didn’t even send the ribs I ordered!!! SMH!!

Worst place ever - $32 and a tiny box of dried out bbq and 10 drops of bbq sauce- said they didn't have RIBS and called me convincing me to substitute to pulled pork - I could hear the young black dude I talked to on the phone I am saving those tell them we're out. I'm mind I'm in there with my kid waiting forever so I go buy a large drink and pay for it - then I realized she gave me small so I told her and her stoned ass was like whaaa you want to buy a large.... Crazy - she even told me there right there get it yourself. I can't wait til this place goes out and we get something new.... Never coming back every time I've been here horrible service and it's never been up to par....

HORRIBLE!!!! I placed my order online and a few minutes later, Teresa called to say they were busy with a catering order. They would not get to my order for over an hour and they didn't have brisket. She never apologized or offered a substitution. I said that's fine please cancel the order and refund my order. She said I had to do it online or call Dickeys. She said she cannot cancel the order or refund my money. No apology and no help at all!The Dickey's site says to contact the store directly, so I called back. Teresa was very rude, saying she has worked there for over a year and never issues a refund. She refused to contact her manager or owner to refund my money! She hung up on me when I requested to speak to the manager immediately. They should not be accepting online orders if they cannot fulfill them. I've never heard of a store not being able to refund a customer. I shouldn't be wasting my time due to their incompetence. This is THEFT! If this is how they handle money, I can't imagine how they handle their food.

The brisket was moist and cooked like I like. But don't have delivered to your home it won't be the same. Home delivery I ordered chop brisket and received shredded brisket that was dry. Recommend getting it at the place of business.

I've been here before but upon opening the side door I immediately feel a difference , The atmosphere is more friendly and welcoming , the food made fresh , I'd personally advise the owner of this franchise to personally acknowledge every worker here for their hard work and dedication. I will most definitely come again

Had a Catering event over the weekend. Food was amazing and cooked to perfection. The Ribs were a hit ! Everybody at the party loved them and they flew! 5/5 stars

They advertise a free sandwich for Veterans on Veterans Day with NO MENTION that they end it at 2pm. We drove there after our Grandson's football game only to be turned away at 2:20. Thanks for nothing DICKS!
