This place is clean I like it way more than the Moreno beach pollo loco the only thing that really bothers me specially at night I’ve noticed a few times coming in here that the guy cooking the chicken has a whole beard on his face and long hair sticking out of his hat with no hair net or beard net it’s disgusting you guys need to do something about that cause If I find a hair in my food that will be the last time I spend my money here
I love coming to this location and will come out of my way to just get the best customer service from ALFREDO. He goes above and beyond for his customers! Awesome at de-escalating situations as well as be a good communicator in his team playing skills! Thank you Alfredo for your service and can’t wait to see you again!

Usually this place is good but I’m so disappointed from my food this time. I got a chicken avocado burrito with no cabbage, and all that is in my burrito is brown rice!! I’m so sad because I was soooo excited to eat it and all I got was a bite of disappointment.
