Farmer Boys usually has a better showing for us, but not today.The cashier was helpful and nice, but other features not so good. When we needed the table wiped, she wiped the table, but the leftover food on the table was swept right into my wife's lap. Anyone could see it, but the person who wiped the table didn't bat an eye, as she moved on to the next table, leaving ours wet with someone else's food scraps littered around us.The food arrived pretty quickly, but was bland, with the hamburger patty sort of soft and not very hot. We ordered onion rings, but we couldn't eat very many. They used the outsides of the onion ? -- the peel with the least amount of onion flavor. They were fat, but flavorless.After we dabbed off what oil we could, we just decided to leave, since it just seemed like that Moreno Valley location may be used to that level of quality. We'll just continue to have faith in the FB by our house in the desert.

Good food at good prices, but the horrible service makes me want to stop eating here. About a month ago, I had a HUGE delay at the drive through because they don't always acknowledge the speaker box. I had to drive up to the actual window to place my order. Even then it took far too long to get my food. There were people in the drive through line honking their car horns, because it was taking so long. To avoid that, today (Easter Sunday 2024) we went inside for breakfast. We noticed a gentleman in a blue City of Newport Beach jacket waiting for his order. Do you know that we ordered, had the food brought to our table, ate breakfast, and got up to leave and that poor man was still waiting to get his food? I was ASTONISHED, so I asked him if he had been waiting all this time. He told me that he had ordered before we even walked in, but was still waiting on his food. As you can imagine, he was pretty irritated. He said he was from Orange County and it was his first time there. It will probably be his last time too. We got in the car to leave and saw him finally walk out with his food as we were pulling off. They have HORRIBLE service here, and complaining directly to management does no good. So I've decided to post my complaint here, for all the world to see. Maybe now they'll get it together. If not, I'll start going to Charmer's or R Burger from now on. I've never had bad or slow service at either one of those places. Get it together, Farmer Boy's!

It all depends on when you get there. If you're lucky you can get a tasty, juicy, fresh-cooked burger. If not, you get the day-old dried out hockey puck that makes you think of chewing on Aunt Gertrude's old boots. Not worth the gamble.

I suspect that it all depends on timing. I've had a hot, juicy burger here, and a few weeks later one of those desiccated, tough, flavorless, cooked-yesterday hockey pucks that are like chewing on an old boot. Same joint. Day and night.

I ordered a breakfast burrito and half way through I notice half of a broken piece of plastic used to hold closed plastic bags with bread. How does this even happen?

The staffs at Pigeon Pass FarmerBoys, Moreno Valley are efficient, friendly and hardworking. Melissa, the cashier welcomed her customers with beautiful smile. She also checked on us a number of times. Melissa ensured we're comfortable with our dining. The restroom is clean, so is the restaurant. My husband and I always eat in this restaurant. We've been loyal customers for many years. I highly recommend this location. This restaurant is many times better than the other FarmerBoys. Keep up the good work ?.Wheelchair accessibility: Unfortunately there's only one parking space for wheelchair ♿️. This is a disadvantage for me.
