I worked for Hot Dog on a Stick a very long time ago. I worked on the beach where we had a house for the girls that worked at Hot Dog on a Stick as well and we paid the house off by working the fair. It was so much fun and definitely a memory I'll never forget I am actually still very good friends with the girl I met during this trip. Her name is Crystal and we visited the Moreno Valley Hot Dog on a Stick location for the first time in forever. I was shocked by the prices but I guess it's not the 90s no more! A young lady which I'm going to assume her name is Mia because that's the name on the receipt helped me and guided me through the menu She was so kind of patient with me because it has been years. I ended up getting a hotdog a fry and a lemonade, while I was waiting she was making conversation with me about how Hot Dog on a Stick was back then and then the food came out. I felt like the whole process flashed before my eyes. I tried to tip her but she refused and told me that the compliments are enough and it means so to her, I made a yelp account to acknowledge this kind young lady. She was amazing and the food was delicious!!! I am definitely coming back.

Got lemonade that was too sweet to drink. We ended up throwing it away and brought up to customer service and they gave no resolution and told us what do you want me to do about it. Never coming back and they used to be a fave place of mine.

This is rating just based off the turkey dog: That was probably my mistake. I’ve had corn dogs from this place multiple times over the years and it’s one of my personal favorites. Today probably just not good day, but then again whoever is eating fried dough around food shouldn’t be judging food in first place haha. I just think the turkey dog in specific might had been frozen in the back for some time and hardly ever ordered; so I would just order a regular beef dog next time or just the lemonade really can’t go wrong. Oh and the mall was empty, so lots tables to sit at. For some reason a group of 12-50 year old people decided to crowd around my table while I was eating and have a conversation. Dude, people are obnoxious at this mall.

Pricey for what it is. The hot dogs and corndogs are below average in taste and quality. It's convenient because it is in the mall and when the kids are hungry, they will usually eat this type of food. I've had it a few times and IMO it is way over priced.

Some evil b****** just clapped his hands and told a young lady working here, "May I have your attention here? Man cmon." That was really f***** up and unnecessary. The (2 or 3) young women working here today are doing an excellent job. That guy is a douche. But... this is the life involving customers. Gotta have tough skin for stupidity and ignorance. Good job.

In the Moreno valley mall at about 1230pm. Went up to counter and waited 15 minutes till somebody finally came out from the back. Was ordering and the lady taking my order was rude AF, Fries were super salty, lemonade was okay, Kind of sour, but the corn dog was good, reason for at least 2 stars. Really bad customer service. Will not go back myself!

Its pointless as hell to do online ordering here, because they don't even check their orders. I have ordered 3 times online, and every time, it has NEVER been ready! I always have to tell them I have a order and then they check the computer. Like....don't they get some type of alert that orders come through?!?? The last time I came, the 2 employees here and no idea (as usual), that a online order was placed. They were standing there, showing each other their arms! I'm like....here we go again, my order is NOT ready!

The girl working around 7:30/8:00 pm is so polite and kind. After me and my girlfriend ordered from here, we sat down and watched all the other food stations and all their workers were either on their phone or not doing anything. But the girl here kept busy even cleaning the front of her station. Great girl, she’s going places in life.

We have been coming to La Huaca (~ 15 visits) since it opened and have never been disappointed. Our standard order is the Ceviche Mixto, Lomo Saltado for me, and the DW always tries something different. Having been gone for a while, and with a Groupon about to expire, decided tonight would be a good time to visit.
