It's fast food, not much more to add. The people that work there are very nice though! Went through the drive thru. JITB has always been my favorite fast food stop. Next time, I gotta try that smash burger.

I started buying the munchie meal was 949or so then a week it got to 1250 first ten something then again eleven something and now twelve fifty kind of makes me like stop buying the deal any more l9 I always say if you havrent heard it from me you haven't heard it from double d !!

There was one time my mother and I went through the drive thru then asked for sourdough bread instead of the regular bread but the lady continued to raise her voice, asking what we wanted to drink. They also take 15-20 minutes in dining area because drive thru apparently has priority.The female manager one night also told a new employee to tell me in drive thru that the survey coupon that says,"Buy Jumbo Jack or Supreme Croissant. Get SAME free." actually meant I had to purchase TWO burgers to get the free one. What? Be the manager and tell the customer, don't hide behind your employees. Besides, I know the survey was buy one get one free, shouldn't lie to your customers.Third strike... 03/19/2022Did an order through Doordash and it was just 2 large fries. My brother and I decided to walk that day because we live near by. It was 6:45pm is? Doors were locked. Manager came to the door and let us in and seemed very unwelcoming, seemed very unprofessional while greeting us and gave us blank expressions. I understand how bad it gets during dinner time, but at least show a little compassion. As a manager for a fast food place myself, I still show understanding towards customers.

Staff needs to intermittently check the restrooms for stock of necessary supplies and cleanliness. Otherwise, it’s a great franchise.
The place it’s very dirty. The table were dirty and food was all over the floor. It was too dirty too eat their I had to eat in my car.

The girl working the drive thru was very sweet. Thank you for being so nice even though it was 12:30 at night. They didn't have any of the drinks I wanted and she was so apologetic and even upgraded my drink size to say sorry. Give the girl a raise. Sorry I didn't get her name. Great customer service.

This location has friendly and kind staff. Always clean. The drive thru line was a bit slow and the staff upgraded my drink as an apology -cleaelu they are conscious and willing to do what they feel is necessary to make it better. Awesome. Burger was as I ordered it.
