The workers were so rude!! I stood there and waiting for over 15 minutes just for them to take my order when I was the only one in the store. The workers stood there talking to each other and laughing. The customers after myself experienced the same thing. Each time I come here the workers give dirty looks and are rude. Something needs to be done! I will now tell all of my friends and family to stay away from this location.

I stop by at Jamba at 7.55pm and notice it was closed. The sign said that M-F 8-10pm. The person inside didn't want to work. Too bad the owner is losing money because of poor employees and management!

They closed before 9!! Went to get a drink at 8:30 and they’re already closed even though online it says 9 and so does the outside postings. Employees still inside but not willing to work. Hire ppl who are gunna work your intended hours!!

Literally ordered a small pink star last night 1/29 around 6pm . Got home after drinking half of it to only find a long hair in my mouth ! I felt something in my throat and pulled a long f**** hair out !! I'm so disgusted! They always have young workers which is not a problem but no hair nets ? No cleanliness while making food is crazy ! I'm not from here but just moving here and the Jamba Juice we have in Moreno Valley is truly tragic . I'll definitely take the drive to the one in Riverside next time. Just to avoid the attitudes and hair in my drink . And I'll be contacting the health department. Seems like they love to have hair in peoples drinks and food from reading reviews .

honestly if i could give this place 0 i would. The girl working was wearing both airpods, which to me when working food is ridiculous because it's unprofessional and rude (seems like ur ignoring guests). seems like a lazy worker to me. i then order a smoothie and a fruit bowl which she says "we're running out of fruit and i'm saving it for the night shift" but why? Like i believe things should be until supplies last but obviously not everyone is competent. But now that im thinking about it if shes saving the fruit for night shift did i get any fresh fruit in my drink? Also place looks trashed. if you want to order an $8 smoothie and be met with dingy dining experience and not greeted this is the place for you!!
I am standing outside due to a written sign says open at 10:00.Your hours say 7-9 pm.The employee comes in at 10:00 then takes off the sign and puts another one that says closed while I and another customer are waiting at the door!!!No one is answering the telephone.I am here and your employee is inside in her phone just laughing.I waited 10 minutes to 10 and now after she got here still not open at 10:16 am.I am literally standing here.

For how expensive it is, you'd think they'd have more than 1 person running the entire store. 1 person jumping between register, blending drinks, and washing dishes, probably making at least 100x their own wage for the company. Disgusting business practices.

"this is my favorite local jamba, it would be nicer if there were not what seems to be bullet holes in the window and had a good cleaning. but hands down the folks mixing the drinks always make it a large and it always gets enjoyed and emptied"...e.

Tried to go at 9:40 to get an açaí bowl when the hours says they closed at 10. The girl just locked the door, looked at me and walked away. Never going here again!
