Order #16. After 10 min of waiting, went and ask if order is ready. It has not even started yet. No apologies or anything to say from staff girls. Seems like robots working. No feeling, no emotion. Running business like these employees!!!!!! Too bad!

This place used to be great. Been coming here for a few years. Now the bread is dry and or we received the wrong bread. I mentioned it once. There excuse was there was too much flour in the mix. Every time? And why don’t you correct it. And aren’t you all getting your bread from the same place? Owners attention. Fix your bread. We’re going to subway now. Good bread. And it’s cheaper.And NO. I’m not contacting anyone. Just fix your bread.

Horrible service and unprofessional. Sales lady was rude said she was closed but let her friend in. They chatted until 5 minutes after opening. Then when I question why they had the open sign on and the door unlocked but said she was closed? she just laughed and said because we can’t turn it off. I will never visit this location again.

I tried this Jersey Mike's located on Iris Ave. I ordered a mini #8 sub online for a pickup at 1pm. The order was ready, and the the young lady behind the counter was nice to give me a cup to get ice. The bread was a little hard, but the sandwich tasted pretty good. Overall, I'll give this place 3 stars

absolutely horrible service stood inside my entire lunch break. they mixed orders up and made other customers sandwiches before making the ones who already ordered and gave 2$ off coupons like I'm going back to that shit service... when I was there at least 3 people waited for 30 minutes inside the store waiting for they're sandwiches. I will not be back

Yes! Jersey Mike's is that place I'm telling you!!! Subway this is the best sub I've ever had so run along. Jersey Mike's is Fresh and customer friendly with good portions of meat! Honestly I've never been to a Jersey Mike's before today and I'm mad at myself now because I've been missing out on Jersey Mike's a few years now but no more!!! Lol!!! Bomb!!! 5 out of 5!! Best Subs hands down.

honestly just wow, I eat jersey mikes every day at alot of different locations because I'm on the road all day and this location are stingy as heck........spend 30 bucks on 2 sandwiches and they won't give you a free cup of water!!! and every single other location charges me less for the sandwich I got. except this location that said they wouldn't. only got 2 stars because the food was good but there's a million locations, just go to any other

Pretty good sandwiches I like the ones with bacon in it my sis was going somewhere for a sec and they were so patient bc I don't have any money on me so my sis was paying and they just asked nicely if I wanted to order and I ordered and my sis came back and they were really nice. I have asthma and when I talk I like run out of words and start coughing so I speak quietly bc I don't want to gross people out and they were patient until I had some more breaths to speak
