LOVE coming to Jochi!! Hands down the best Mongolian BBQ spot I have ever been to. Most places are rude and stingy. At Jochi we are always greeted by friendly staff. I don't feel rushed at all or like I'm being watched while I prep my bowl. I love that they even provide a glove meaning you can pack your food down! Most Mongolian BBQ spots don't let you do that. They are also fair with the amount of noodles you get! Jochi is always clean and stocked as well. Overall 10/10. We will continue to drive from the Coachella valley to support this business.

Staff was amazing and honestly the food was amazing because you can put whatever you want in your bowl, I put so much beef with spinach and cilantro, it was nice and hot ? I loved it, would go again.

This is Moreno Valley Mall's best kept secret! The food is prepared right before your eyes and it really hits the spot. The meat and vegetable options are fantastic. This is really an awesome, different type of taste for anyone who is sick of run-of-the-mill burgers, tacos and hotdogs that you can get at every street corner. I can't recommend it enough. Plus the staff is super sweet and friendly. Jochi's is truly a gem.

Horrible service from employee Brandon. Other two associates were great. Watched him drink from a cup, then dip the entire cup in the ice reserves to get himself ice out of the cup he had drank from. There was miscommunication with my order, he refused to help me, waited for the girl to come back from break because he refused to give me my order because one of the kids wanted noodles instead of rice which was $1 more. I said that's fine I will get a refund and erring it without the tip and supposedly no one could help me except the manager that wasn't there. The nice girl that helped me came back, I explained to her what happened and she tried to call the manager and it disconnected during the call. I left my food there, and will charge it back instead since no one could do a refund without the manager and re-ring it. The other young man was very nice also. Hopefully the owner sees this and watches the video to see Brandon dip his cup in the ice at 6:08pm. He refused to switch out the unsanitary ice too. The health department needs to pay them a visit. Waiting to speak to the owner before I call.

I was highly skeptical of a Mongolian BBQ at the mall but I was hungry and it looked better than the other spots. I decided to spilt a bowl with my wife and I'm sure glad I did as it was a lot of food. My definitely wouldn't have finished hers and I would have but would have had to take a nap afterwards from being full! The sauces were great and it was cooked perfectly. I'm glad I came.
