If I could I would give less than one star The employee's absolutely ignored us.The food was dried out and rancid. Someone decided to clean the soda counter. I presume with a rag that they proceeded to wipe the entire tables and chairs in the place. We moved our seat 3 times and every time everything was completely sticky.I'm sure You would do better eating anywhere else.Even the KFC on Perris boulevard in Perris has better customer service even if they never have chicken. It costs a lot to eat here because the customers are now paying the brain. Dead employees salaries at twenty dollars an hour, so eat anywhere else....

Well 50 dollars later this was HORRIBLE. When I tell you that this ENTIRE place was sticky and disgusting please trust me. All tables, floors and even the chairs were sticky. The Customer service was the second worst I've ever received. You get better Customer service at Walmart. That's saying something. They straight up ignore you when you say "excuse me." Also the food was gross. The chicken was dried out and burned. The Cole slaw tasted like they poured chemicals in it. Please save your money. Go ANYWHERE else.

So bad it ridiculous. Employees (at least the Sunday I went there are brain dead dangerous. I was hungry exxpected decent. It was bad I spent the afternoon hoping I didnt get sick. Bad digestive feeling never again.

Stepped in and nobody was at the counter. Staff ignored me and the 4 other people waiting for almost 10 minutes - not a single employee stepped forward to the front counter in the meantime.

This place and it’s staff is highly unprofessional . Arrived at the location and I asked for wings the worker informed me they had none so I opted for tenders instead. Only to get to the pickup window and be told they are out of fries. They said sone would be ready in two minutes and asked me to wait in the parking lot. 6 minutes later a young lady comes to bring me the food the tenders where so tough. It’s like they had sat in the warmer for too long . At this point I wanted a refund as they didn’t have what in originally wanted and I had no more time to wait. When I asked for my refund these people legit looked me in my face and told me they aren’t trained to issues refunds. I asked them to call someone to train them and the manger on duty said she didn’t know how to. They kept insisting on making wait more time for fresh chicken which at this point I didn’t want. Left the stale meal in the counter and left. Don’t waste your time going here.

Went through drive thur order 3 piece tender. It comes with a side and drink. Paid for food did not get a recipe got home sat down to eat my food and it's 6 piece wing and no side a d. I call the store two times with no answer nor could I leave a message. This was the second this happened I think this the last time.

I had an excellent experience at the KFC on Iris Ave. and Perris Blvd. I placed an online order for their Digital exclusive 8 piece + 8 tenders at 2:16 PM in between my school pick-up. I'm so grateful I chose this location because I was in and out by 2:20 PM. Their speed and delicious food allowed me to get my kids from school and have them fed before rushing out again for soccer practice. It's a great place for that mid-week rush!

Do not waste your time and especially your money !!!Haven't been there in 2 yrs and thought we'd see if they got better from last time. Answer, "NO". Biscuits doughy in middle, they were microwaved as there was a hard spot on biscuit. Cole Slaw has a bad sour taste. Chicken strips were very SMALL. Asked for Ranch dip sauce and charged $3.59. Oh yes, the chicken strip were cooked all the way. The total was $48. REALLY, can't believe the total. We will not go back EVER !!! Last thing, on receipt KFC wants feed back how everything was.They only give you 3 days to reply. They should always want feed back. I went to KFC. Perris and Irish.PLEASE DO NOT GO !!!SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!
