the older lady was very rude and we asked her what type of paletas she had and she told us she didn’t know. & she told my sister that we talked weird for saying we wanted nacho cheese with chips..she had a very ugly attitude overall and half of the ice creams were melted. the younger girl was very sweet but if i could put 0 stars i would. we only live 5 minutes away and the nachos were so soggy when we got home that we couldn’t pick it up without it flopping and ripping.

Poor service, very unprofessional, first time there today and won’t ever go back!Order online for me myself to pickup and according to the it was on DoorDash and they wouldn’t give me my own order until door dash picked up, then when it was time for pickup the girl there said they got a notification saying it wasn’t a pickup order for DoorDashWhen I asked to speak to manager or supervisor she said they are never there. Super unprofessional and the girl knew nothing. If I could rate it a 0 that’s what I’d rate it.

the service is great, great people and atmosphere. the ice cream is good maybe a little colder freezers for the ice cream would be perfect ours seem to melt fast. other than that its great flavor. they were kind enough to give us a free chocolate covered strawberry kabob. delicious

I feel that they were very lazy with my order. I got Cheetos esquite and fresa con crema. The fresas was not mixed at all, I wouldn't even consider this fresas con crema. They threw some strawberries in and added what looks like yogurt on the bottom. Really? The esquite is good but it was not mixed at all either, just a big layer of mayo on top and cheetos. No butter and no cotija cheese. Definitely wouldn't recommend this one.
