That’s my first time having a bad experience with little bombinos Moreno beach bcz of this new store manager being so rude mean with the customer she was charging me $15 for only large cheese pizza but the actual price at the store menu is $11 so she wants to put extra money on her pocket

The pizza is delicious! This place is always super busy…. I see lot of people comment about customer service but I personally have never had a bad experience. The girls have always been friendly. If you’re looking for a quick spot to get pizza, this isn’t it. Expect to wait, especially on wknds!

First time I ordered here was when I just moved to Mo Valley from L.A. and was trying to find a new regular go to pizza place. I tried Mountain Mikes pizza and they FAILED MISERABLY. I happened to stumble onto Little Bambinos and found that it was somewhat close to my favorite pizza place in L.A. do I was excited about this being my new pizza place now close to home. The 2nd time I ordered was the disappointment. The customer service was good.... shout out to the manager lady for coming behind the girl working the register to remind me to get my free soda that the girl who rang me up forgot to tell me about. Before I left the restaurant, I opened the pizza box just to be sure thet my pizza looked like it was supposed to look, and it did, but when I got home it was a different story. Although the toppings on the pizza were completely cooked, the dough underneath WAS NOT. It was a ooey, gooey doughy mess. Maybe my first hint that should have alerted me was how heavy the pizza was. It was just raw dough underneath the melted cheese and toppings. Needless to say I couldn't eat it and it was a waste of my money. I'll just leave it at 2 strikes and your out!

Horrible experience from their food to their service and atmosphere. Pizza gets thinner and thinner each visit, service is horrible they are either always overstaffed or extremely understaffed. When overstaffed the employees ignore customers and when understaffed they are just completely rude.My dad (who's handicapped) walked up to the order window to order (mind you he walks with a limp) and received HORRIBLE SERVICE that ended with him being ignored and ultimately leaving without ordering.Really hope the service improves here...

WORST SERVICE I just came in 30 min before them closing I placed an order & when we arrived the gentlemen in the front was saying they were closed ? & I called to let him know that I had placed an order & he just hung up knowing I was outside. What a waist of time since I'm like 14 min away for them to say they're no longer taking orders . They got my number down they could've let me know & could've gone to another place instead.

Y’all need to get that older lady name Meredith off of the register she has the worst attitude and I saw her verbally fighting with a customer, even though the customer was in the right. She also was arguing with me for no reason. I know this does not reflect the rest of the little little bambino staff, but they really need to get her off the register and not have her interacting with customers
Well I'm going to be honest this is the closest pizza place to my home and having done said that their Pizza is actually pretty good it tastes fresh and they seem to add a reasonable amount of toppings. The one and only reason I gave them four stars is because to me it's undercooked. So I feel as if they cook their Pizza a little longer it would definitely bring out the flavors little more.

We love eating their pizzas. We order pizza twice a month. There's only a service counter so be prepared to do take out. They're always busy and they're very quick on their service.Parking: This is a heavily visited shopping area with several eateries and all sharing the same parking lot. You might have to wait a little bit for parking because there's plenty of traffic going through there.

My spouse stopped for some pizza and ribs. The wait time was only 10 minutes, the staff was very friendly, and the pizza was delicious and not overcooked. I especially liked that it was not greasy. The ribs were, unfortunately, spicy for my taste.
