On 3/20/24 is last badly cook order from a chubby short white woman with glasses. Every time I order through the app. and she working, my order came out badly and she always hand me the order an attitude. When she not working, my order come out fine. I don't know this woman and I don't know what problem she have with me. The only reason that I can think of is that I'm Asian. I called there customer number twice, but couldn't get hold of anyone. I then went to their website and file a complaint, but got no response. I then went to bbb website and file a complaint. I then got a phone call, but it show a spam number. Most people wouldn't answer it, but I like to mess around with spam caller. To my surprise, it was the owner of this location. She make all kinds of excuses why this can't happen. She told me to give her a call if I got another question. I call back and the number doesn't exist. This is how they treat their customers. They don't care,because of their low price and bad reviews will affect them. Asian people need to be aware and do not order from this location and pay a little more for more professional place. Look at the pictures and tell me what employees would give it out, unless it on purpose.

This location, like many others, stops making pizza at least or more than a half hour before closing. If you call to place an order anytime close to closing, you will be on hold forever. You will not speak to anyone. When you arrive, say at 9:30, you can only get whatever hot and ready food is already made, sitting in the warmer. They will not make you a pizza. You will not be happyParking: Parking is not directly in front of the place, and the lot is busy most times.

I went in on a Sunday at around 3 o'clock looking to take home one of these famous "Hot N Ready" 6.99 plus tax pizza I see on TV. Cashier is a young kid, laughing having a grand Ole time, this is no problem, I too enjoy having a good time. I ask the giggling cashier for 1 classic pizza, to my dismay he retorts with one second, yelling to the back "how long is the wait". He responds to my request with its 40 minutes for a pizza. So disappointed I decline the offer to wait 40 mins for 1 pizza. Now, I'm no rocket scientist but I know how those pizzas are made and how many pizzas an industrial pizza oven can make. Mind you I'm the only one physically in the store, no one else is in the store. Anyway long story short I'm not a fan of this store and will choose to avoid it at all cost. Glad the employees are having fun but you're losing business with the lack of customer service and lack of people skills.

They advertise a free pizza for Veterans on Veterans Day with NO MENTION that they end it at 2pm. We drove there after our Grandson's football game only to be turned away at 2:20. Thanks for nothing LC!

Poor and getting worse. This location is always behind on their orders. Their Pizza Portal is never working. I order from here about once a week, and in the last 6 months, it's a total shit show. People standing around, waiting for their pizza, angry. Some of them cursing out the employees and saying they're going to complain to Corporate. You used to be able to walk in, anytime, and grab a hot and ready pizza and walk out. No more. Today, I ordered using the App. I can see on the tracking that my pizza is stalled, in the oven, for a half hour. I walk in, see the Pizza Portal is off, and ask for my order. The lady behind the counter starts scrambling around, and asking where my order is.......someone in the kitchen says they gave my pizza to someone else.....She says they have to remake it and it will be 44mins. What a joke. Over an hour for a $9 pepperoni pizza. I have to stop coming here. Pizza Hut or Papa John's it is. Stay away from this spot.

Cleanliness seems to not be a priority for this store. Thick dust on air vents of the online pick up station. Floors haven't been touched in weeks to months with stains and heavy, greasy dust along the floor boards. Counters haven't been touched in almost has long. Even greasy finger print smudges on the menu screens. Clearly more of a closing shift issue being the store had only been open half an hour from these photos being taken.Although being short staffed, I can't complain about the customer service rendered or the timeliness.
