Kinda rude. Fries had no salt. No ketchup in bag. Had a two cheeseburger meal. They wrapped one cheeseburger in the mcdouble wrapping. Burgers look like they were kept in the heaters too long. Whoever was managing that shift probably needs to be retrained . It's all little stuff that would be fixed with attention to detail

This place just gets worse and worse, they are very badly organized, I ordered on the app and they never took my order out to me, waited more than 20 minutes and had to go trough the drive tru, and still gave a attitude.

Was in the drive thru, a big line per usual. Once it was my turn to place my order they tell me the card machine is not working. They have no type of signs before getting in line that the machines isn’t working. Very mad !!! Waited in line for nothing and now stuck!

My last 2 visits to this location have beendisappointing. On this visit. I Ordered Cheese burger, customs, no onion , no mustard, and no salt. There was ketchup on the outside of the paper, and on the bun and the bun was dry, kinda seemed old. The previous order was not brought out to curbside along with several other orders. Food was refunded and was never received.

The staff was nice but I waited for about 35 minutes and my order was even wrong when received. Waited another 10 minutes and received the rest of my order and one sandwich was still missing. I had to leave the store because I just didn’t have enough time to be waiting and then the rest of my food got cold. Not coming here again.

The manager Araceli needs to be terminated asap! She’s is very rude and disrespects, not only the customers, but also the employees working on her shift. I have came to this location multiple times and there have been times where I see her standing there on her phone speaking to her daughter (she was speaking Spanish so I understood her conversation) while other employees were running back and forth trying to get orders out. A believe a person like her should not work as a manager for this kind of company. One occasion I even heard her yelling at a young girl in the Drive Thru window. I don’t know what type of show you guys have going on here but it seems like she’s very unhappy with her job. McDonald’s, please do better!

First my $13.00 deluxe chicken meal has a huge piece of plastic inside, then I ordered the shamrock McFlurry and it wasn’t even spun, we had to hand mix it ourselves and finally I ordered the dessert on the app as a table service and they did not bring it rather they screamed the “MCFLURRY” ready ?
