At 8:22 today I ordered four mad maffins, three of them were very burnt and hard. I tried to talk to the store and they didn't answer me. I went to the website and I don't have an answer either. Sometimes I don't understand why. We give opinions and anyway the owners of the companies do nothing, what they want is to grab your money and they don't care, they have terrible managers with very little professionalism, what can you expect from the employees?

There was another customer that told me how rude he spoke to another employee a cashier. Mr Felipe you are to profesional you have no business running that location. Seriously if you want to get scammed out of money go to this McDonalds , cashiers messing up orders and charging me for other peoples orders is just insane. Not honoring the app prices you name it. For A while I believed they had upped their management but boy was I wrong , never going to this Mcdonalds again , and always double check what they're charging you before you pay !!

What's the point of the app if he's gonna tell me he can't honor it while I show it to him and says go ahead and pull forward like a little boss man. That Manager is not well trained and you can tell he doesn't even know protocol to handle issues. He doesn't have the right to make me feel poor for earning the free happy meal for my son. He wanted to refund me and not give my son anything.
