We come to this location often and love it. We have always had a great experience. Stephanie is an amazing Manager. She runs a great restaurant. Yesy is the most amazing and friendly server. She gives the best service and we couldn’t be happier. We love coming in to see her and the rest of the staff. The food is always amazing.

Arrived at blackbear diner, a little late around 9-ISH, and was attended with such love and sweetness from One of their servers Elysia she honestly made our night. She was very funny and recommended wonderful options. I had the New York steak with sweet potato fries and mac & cheese 10 out of 10 and my best friend had a breakfast volcano with a blackberry ice cream that was so delicious. Our server, Elysia Was very attentive to us Making sure we were enjoying our food. She made our experience even better and will definitely be coming back. Unfortunately, we didn’t take any pictures of our meal because we were starving, but definitely it hit ?Thank you.Elysia!!!!❤️

I haven't had one meal that I did not enjoy. Their drinks are mostly bottomless, so you don't really have to worry about drinks unless you get orange juice or a shake. It tells you which ones qualify for free refills.

I ordered the tri-tip dip season tri-tip steak on grilled Tribeca ciabatta hero roll served with adjust grilled onions and mushrooms and American and cheese with a side of onion rings. For dessert I ordered a cheesecake with blackberries.I want to give a big shout out to the lovely waitress NEREIDS who was very polite and Friendly, yet attentive and recommended this meal to me, and also a shout out to the chef CHENTE for making everything excellent everything tasted just so perfect in my mouth flavored well seasoned right. A 10 out of a 10. Also I'm not a ranch person however the waitress suggested I try the bacon ranch which is housemaid and it was delicious 10 out of 10.Kid-friendliness: They have souvenirs that you can buy they have cute little bear slippers and aprons and socks this is definitely a Family Diner.
