It took me 1 hour to get the food, and they still said the drink is not ready. I couldn't wait any more, so I had to leave without the drink. This store is very badly managed. Is is not fast food at all. When you see people line up it doesn't mean they were busy, it only means they are too slow to serve customers! Don't eat there!! You will regret!

Had a miniscule dispute with server about food, owner was standing right there &when I asked for further assistance, he simply walked away lol sMh. Their lack of Customer Service skills def reflects on their food quality. Maybe you should hire mature ADULT individuals instead of young, immature kids.
