The person that serve us the food was nice and faster but the person that was at the register has a bad attitude throw the food on the bag with the sauce she ask how many and give whatever she wants not what the customer request ,regarding the food was flavored less except one that wa over season with the taste of raw garlic that was the Angust steak, #2 orange chicken and cook but not enough flavor or sauce #3 kung Paolo chicken plain &unseasoned #4 chicken mushrooms not fresh and same thing flavorless #5 chicken green beans was overcooked not fresh and unseasoned #6 chowmai unseasoned #7 chicken teriyaki was good no complainI always go there and was good most of the time but this time was total disappointed

Went thru the drive thru and I hate doing that for this reason. Got home to find a missing item. Tried calling many times, NO ANSWER! They never answer the phone. And don't let the store tell you, "the manager was busy" because this isn't the first time I've tried to call. The Moreno beach store has really taken a nose-dive in service. I wish ownership would do something about it. I will definitely do the online survey now.

There was a long piece (LONG) piece of hair in my food. I have kunta hair that is in braids and this piece was straight and long to clarify! Went through the drive thru and went home. Won’t make it back in time before they close and no one was answering the phone. Mind you they was just giggling and playing when she did hand me my food. I’m beyond pissed! Food is TOOO damn expensive for this to be happening and then no one answering the phone when I call and this is a place of business ??????This is what I pulled out of my mouth

There was literally no food to choose from. Had to wait 20 min for an entree which i had said ok i could wait. when they were done making the entree i wanted to wait for I stood to place my order of two plates then tell the server Mackenzie both plates where going to have that entree that we had been waiting for. She then said the second plate had to be an additional 5-10 min wait because they had to make more since they had given it all to a customer in the drive thru. She never apologized as she knew i had been waiting patiently for 20 min. Went with other food option available informed her it was to go she gave the bag and in the car noticed no utensils or sauces asked for where included. Just very bad sevice from this place.

The Eucalyptus location always runs out of food before they close I went to get teriyaki chicken at 8:15 and they said they were out of chicken for the night but they don't close till 9 would not recommend this location

Just ordered a 2 item combo, 1 broccoli beef and orange chicken, and all noodles. I got about 4 pieces of large broccoli and 3 small pieces of beef, which I find ridiculous! The amount of orange chicken was okay. The noodles were all cabbage also. Never going back!

Horrible Customer Service. Don't acknowledge you. I stood waiting my turn to pick up my online order, and they just ignored me and kept helping the customers walking in. Order was placed WAY ahead of time. I just left. Hate this location.

Service was bad I love panda but the one here in Moreno beach is one of the worst pandas I've ever been to. Besides the staff being rude I had brown rice that was as hard as chips. Don't recommend the one here in Moreno beach they need more training paid 23 dollars for half a plate. Girl that was helping seemed new but no one was helping her
