Poor customer service employee on Valentine’s Day was a total bi**h!! Would not let me finish my complaint even though we ordered and waited for a pizza for 4 hrs delivery she wanted to make me wait even more and not compensate for the inconvenience by giving a free item or just void the order and wait 3-5 business days totally talked and yelled over me total disrespect period do not waste your time or money with this store especially during a holiday you might end up waiting all day just to get your order! There were people waiting inside for 2 hrs that’s rediculous! They need a new manager who deals with disrespectful employees!! 1-10 I give a zero go to dominoes when they mess up they fix it!!Parking: Many parking spots that’s about it lol!!

Store manager "Isa" has an attitude because it was a glitch on THEIR website and makes a fuss about my order. Picked up my order just to find my pizza not even cut. First and last time here...

I ordered carry out online. One of the items wasn’t made correctly. The man who helped was very nice about it. He was a Caucasian male, I didn’t get his name. He may have possibly been the manager. He apologized and reassured the order would be corrected quickly. Great customer service. That’s something that’s not expected in Moreno Valley, there usually isn’t good customer service anywhere here since it’s such a low quality community. The cook came from behind to bring me the corrected item. He was also very nice. I appreciated the service here and the food was great. Ordered a large pizza and some garlic Parmesan wings. Very friendly people working here.Parking: Big parking lot.

The last time I got a New York style pizza it was great! This time I ordered 2 and the bread was thicker and barely any cheese! It tasted horrible! Not going back again!
We ordered one cheese pizza via telephone for pickup and we're told it would be 30 minutes. We get there and find only one employee with a horrible attitude. She says the pizza isn't ready and there are 3 people ahead of you and it will be at least another 30 minutes. No apology, nothing but rudeness. We haven't been there for a long time and will not be going back.

Papa Johns need to check who are they hiring for manager. I phone my order the lady tell me 25 minutes . I come in pick up my pizza they tell me 40 minutes 40 minutes pass another 30 minutes. The young girl who tells me she's The manager tells me the pizza is in the oven after I tell her I'm going to cancel. They need to make sure and tell people the correct waiting time.

Placed an order for 1 pizza and wings at 4:36pm... It's now 6:03pm and nothing. When I placed it, the email said 61 mins and the app said 60-70 mins. It's about to be 90 mins and I'm still waiting. This is definitely the last time I'm ordering from this place. They don't care how fast they operate. Horrible horrible service and customer service via the chat or feedback. I'd rather order from Pizza Hut or Dominoes for sure. Order number was 974581217. Feel free to look it up. You guys are terrible.
