I am sad that Pizza Hut is in such a decline. The pepperoni and sausage pizza tasted like it came out of a grocery store freezer. There is no variance in the taste of the various toppings... all tasted like "paper." Apparently, the company has decided that it will survive based on "cheapening" the ingredients, and that customers will accept that. Service and atmosphere were okay..

I will never order from any pizza hut again. I ordered there special 2 medium pizza 2 Cinnabons and 12 wings and it was 82 dollars, I was supposed to have a credit on my account because last time I ordered 2- 48 piece boneless wings. They sent me 1 48 piece with no sauce and the other 1 barley had any I called and asked what happened they said they ran out of bbq sauce. I asked why didn't you call me, why send me these dry wings and take my money. They didn't have an answer. They wouldn't give me a refund they only gave me 15 dollar credit even though I paid 100 dollars for those wings. So today I tried to use the credit and they tell me it expires after 30 days. Smh im so upset and will never give another pizza hut my money again.

Best pizza hut around town!! Friendly staff and quality food!
This place is only good at night.There is a short mexican on day shift who calls himself the manager, but its hard to believe that. Because he is such a lazy loser person I can’t believe they made that guy any kind of management. The only thing he should manage is the trash because thats what he is.Besides the trash, there are a couple guys on night shift that are very nice and very cool.You could choose either one of the glasses people working nights for the management position (the little hispanic trashcan) is taking up. Very good pizza though when its made on nightshift.I have ordered pizza during the day shift and i go in to pay and get my pizza, the little trashcan says he never received my online order. I have confirmation number and everything.You think i have another 15-20 minutes for your mistakes? The excuse was oh the system was down, you lazy little trash. I wish he didn’t work there anymore. Your company will make so much more money. In fact i know people aren’t coming back there because of that little mexican

This pizza hut is usually the best around town in terms of quality and we usually look the other way if there is something wrong but this is the 2nd time we've found plastic in our pizza. To be honest I don't think we'll be returning to this location any time soon because of this issue.
We tried various pizza location in this area and this location was not any better. The pizza was undercooked and the dough to it tasted weird.

I am a diabetic and I was stuck at reciever since 4:30am. Called to have a pizza delivered.around 11:00 am. I clearly informed them what door I was in at Walgreens warehouse. They did not bring me my order. No refund or pizza. My sugar is 64....If I end up in hospital who iscresponsible???
