Today was the best dining experience at Polly's Pies in Moreno Valley. We had the pleasure of having Samantha as our waitress today and she did a phenomenal job! The customer service she provided us with was the best I've ever had at this location and makes me want to return soon. We felt like we were having breakfast with a family member because she was just the sweetest! She balanced it out perfectly too with how often she checked on us. Our food came out fast and our drinks were always refilled at the perfect time. Samantha is a gem! Her manager Olivia was super sweet too.

We've been coming here for years and have had no problems until recently, Michelle the manager is very unprofessional and didn't care we came in more than anybody else on average 3-5 times a week. She still treated us bad and rude, we stopped coming for a long time, about, 3 plus months but we love Elaina and came back. We don't deal with Michelle anymore. Olivia is so much more personable and better for the manager's job. Most of the staff is so fun to interact with. The fact is we started coming to Polly's due to Eliana, she was our server at another place and when she changed so did we. And for a general manager to bad mouth an employee, especially our favorite within our earshot really showed just how she really thinks of her employees and how little she thinks of us as long standing patriots. What I can promise you is if that ever happens again we just patronize the other restaurant Elena works at no longer bringing our business to Polly's.

Went to have my Birthday Dinner and had received a birthday email coupon for a special meal...Our Server Franchelle "FRANI" was SPECTACULAR!!! Not only did she make us feel welcome but even though she had other tables to serve as well... SHE treated US and her other tables as if WE/They were the ONLY single table she had in her section...That's a sign of a SPECTACULAR SERVER!!! She was constantly moving about making sure the tables of her section were WELL TAKEN CARE OF...She was great at informing us of the menu and which pies were available at the time and all the while was TOTALLY SWEET & CORDIAL towards myself and my dinner companion...Because of how well OUR EXPERIENCE was...we will DEFINITELY be back!!! And I'll make sure to be seated in HER SECTION...Because of HER my friends and I shall become a life long customer of hers...I ordered the Prime Rib dinner and my dinner companion ordered a quiche the food was really really good!!! And we ordered pie and a huge cinnamon roll as well...if you're in the area you should come by and try their food and if you can sit in Frani's Section

We were greeted right when we walked in. Hostess showed us to our seats and the waitress came soon after we were seated. We were told about the specials. The wait for the food wasn't very long, no was it really busy at the time. The food was great. It was really a pleasant environment from the time we entered. I'm looking forward to my 2nd visit!

The $15 special was perfect for my husband and me and our server, Kristi, was so amazing, sweet and attentive. I would come back just for her awesome service!
After spending what felt like an eternity driving in circles though Moreno Valley, and hitting every traffic light over the mile drive, we finally made it. The inside reminds me of if Cocos and Carrows had a baby and named it Mimi's. I can't speak for the food (though the menu looked delish) but the damn pies are good. We had the cherry and the banana cream. They're basically as sugary and good as you'd expect. I really wanna try the strawberry banana one next.

Dined at Polly's for their Saint Patrick's Day meal. I ordered the brisket and cabbage meal, my son ordered the Reuben sandwich and we also got the Reuben fritters. The waitress was very friendly and highly recommended the Reuben fritters. She said they were amazing. She was telling the truth. Those little morsels were packed with flavor and beyond delicious. My brisket and cabbage meal came with toast, corn bread, or muffin. I wasn't sure what bread to get. Once again I took the waitresses recommendation and did corn bread. It was so soft and moist, absolutely delicious. The brisket and cabbage meal came with baby carrots and red potatoes paired with a pub mustard sauce. Delicious! My son's Reuben sandwich was absolutely Phenomenal!!!!!!! He let me try a piece and boy it sure hit the spot! We both also ordered a strawberry cheesecake. So fresh and delicious. My overall experience here was terrific. Not one complaint. The waitress had a great personality and was extremely friendly and attentive. The ambience is relaxing. It's a definitely a family restaurant. You don't have to raise your voice and yell to the person directly across from you because everyone's chatter is so dang loud. It's peaceful, it's calm and it's welcoming. Definitely a great place to dine with the family.

I went in to Polly's last night for dinner and had the most amazing experience with the nicest server Franci was attentive and friendly checked on us multiple times throughout the meal and made sure we were completely happy with our experience... Shout out to Franci I will be back to see her!!!!
