Haven't been to this location in a few years so I figured I'd give it another shot. Last time I was here it took for ever to get my food. Today I Ordered a chicken sandwich and after waiting forever decided, You know what it's not worth waiting clearly things have not changed. Decided to give another person waiting for their food my order and went elsewhere.

It literally does not matter whether or not you order ahead in the app, you will always wait 30 minutes to get your food. This location is the absolute worst! I'm not in the area often but the 3 to 4 times I have come here in the last year my experience is always the same. There is never an apology for making you wait 30 minutes for an app order that was placed 10 minutes before you even arrived. They need to get a better system, this is the only location that I have had this experience with. Wish I could give them negative stars for customer service.

So apparently you need to order your sauces on the app or you'll get charged each sauce at the counter, I don't know if this is corporate policy or manager who thinks she can do what she wants but her attitude annoyed me enough not to come

The hispanic older lady on night shift is so rude! And completely incompetent at such a simple job. She’s slow and has the nerve to try and argue with customers. Like lady, you don’t even want to be here, so why are you here!Idk what happened, but it seems like you replaced everyone that was good on night shift with these people that do not want to work!
Macaroni and cheese was mostly cheese and almost noodles when I tried to return it the counter rep said that's the way it should be however he got me another and more or less through it at

The Popeyes on LaSalle was spotless, the workers were very nice and really trying to help people get the most for their money and the value of the coupons. Very nice staff over there.

The woman Daniella in the grey swas very rude and disrespectful as well as her employees Ariana and Jose. She spoke to me with so much attitude. Neck and eye rolling. They told me my order will be ready in three minutes after waiting over thirty minutes. Than when I asked again ten minutes later her attitude was so rude the way she talk to me infront of guest /customers. After the humiliation her and her team started clapping their hands and laughing out loud.She made me so uncomfortable I’ll never recommend anyone to go to that store because of her attitude alone.
