I ordered a 14 pc meal and I asked for barbecue sauce and buttermilk and they all they gave me was 4 buttermilk and was told thats all they can provide for a 14 pcs meal. Spoke with the manager and said that was fair.. did not get anything else from

Poor customer service I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the food was mediocre at best. I would not recommend this place to anyone and they were very stingy with givinng sauce packet they need have better staff members and customer service.

I got my order and got back to my car and the fries were barely warm. Tasted pretty stale. They had no regular iced tea available and their only other options all contained sugar. Sandwich tasted just fine. 2/3 of the meal did not turn out great so that’s bummer. It wasn’t very busy and Staff was very friendly.

Missing 2 sides. Not busy in the drive thru. Popeye should be ashamed of this location.
The Chicken was served hot. The fries had that crunch. The biscuits glistened with honey and butter. The crunch on that chicken was RIGHT. The service was friendly. They even had a smile. Made me think to myself?...how they gonna top this now.

Went in for chicken wings because on T.V. they advertise that they have a special for $5 bucks but not there they charged me $7 bucks because there not part of the corporation so what's the reason for the TV special if they not going to accept it I don't think I'm going there anymore I'm going Buffalo Wings with no Drama it all amounts too GREED.

There walk In Dine service front doors every day is close at 7pm . Only Drive thru service only . It doesn't make sense.

Attempted to be a dine in customer. Counter girl was busy preparing a to go order and said I’ll be with you shortly. No problem. Then completely ignores taking my order while 4 drive through orders get prepared. I walked out after 8 minutes of being ignored. Guess it helps their order wait time statistics when they simply won’t take an order.

The food was great! Aside from the fact that we ordered one spicy chicken sandwich and one normal one. We specifically asked for no mayo on one of them but when I opened my sandwich and was about to dig in, the one thing I asked to not be included is there I took two bites before my mouth started itching. I'm deathly allergic to eggs/mayo and I had to make myself throw up. Do better. Update: Stomach hurts a lot and may have explosive direahea.
