I have never had a bad experience here until today. Worst management you can think of when it comes to wanting to fix a problem. You aren’t allowed to get a refund for the food you dislike because it’s cold. My daughter ended up eating it because she was hungry but never again will I be going

Food is great but the customer service is terrible. The heavier set girl & an older lady with blonde hair always have an attitude when I am assisted by them. Not even a hello just pointing at the options that they have. Rude beyond belief. The only thing that makes me come back is the flavor of the food.

Rude customer service. Never had a problem coming here til now, seems like a new cashier. Asked for her name and she said her name's Alyssa. Order 3 giga fries. 2 were fine but the 3rd one as my sister got done with the top layer, everything was SOGGY and DRIPPING WITH OIL. Basically inedible!

I used to love coming here. But lately when I come the workers at the counter are so rude. They are always in a bad mood, give you a nasty face and never repeat back your order. If they don't hear you instead of asking you to speak up they just give you the wrong thing and if you say something about it being wrong they get upset. Always take their time and walk off to the room on the side. The fries used to be cooked to order and fresh but now they're always burnt or old. No consistency.

Yes!!! Potato corner!!! This gem is located next to Macys, right across the Harkins at MoVal Mall. They have a sign that indicates they do not give out extra seasonings. But that's okay. We ordered 2 megas regular fries. One with chili bbq and one with garlic parmesan. The service was quick and prompt, and the ambiance is what you expect you to find at a mall. There are some seating areas right next to where you order. No problem on not giving the extra seasoning because the fries are coated beautifully with the seasonings, and they were cooked nicely. Love it!

Went for my first time here with my daughter Monday evening. There were two young guys working. Worst customer service ! $30 for one large soggy fry & chicken tenders that looked old af. They were also out of regular fries. Then I told him I asked for it to go as he looked an said my order was ready (after a long wait) then he says "there's the bags " an points to small brown bags. I said the fry won't fit in that do u have a box ? He says : oh here's a plastic one tosses it on the counter for me to bag my own food yet has a tip jar. Here's your tip do a better job before you lose it Also side note for the business I think it's pretty disgusting you have your guy at the register also helping with food touching money then touching food ! Not using gloves or washing hands. I also think having ghe customer pay for every single sauce is a bit much with their prices.
