Just went there for lunch with my wife and got the buffet. When we got there there was only 2 slices left of old pizza and my wife told the worker with pink hair that there was only 2 slices left. She responded with an attitude and said “we know!” Horrible service and food available for the price that they charge.

I called in an order and was told it would take 30 minutes. It only took me 10 minutes to get to the resturant. I knew that I was early, so I sat in my car for a while. It took awhile to be acknowledged that I was even standing there at the counter. A young girl finally came up to inqurie what I needed. I told her that I had called in an order. She stated that it was readly. I looked in the box and wondered why it looked very dry and not very appealing. I paid for it and took it home. Mind you, it has been raining for days and days, I braved the weather to get this pizza. My husband made a face when we sat down to enjoy what I hoped it would taste better than it looked. We could only eat one piece each. It was burnt and very dry. I've taken this particular pizza restaurant off my go to list.

Went in there with large party about 4:30/5:00 wanted to order there family meal that's on the menu but the assistant manager said we couldn't order it?? I asked her why she said I needed 24 hrs in advance to order. Wow I told her it says nothing about that on your menu? She said that's there policy I asked for a corporate # and managers name she gave me the stores phone number that's all she had since it's a franchise? Mind you she tells us the special and it's almost the same thing just more money!! Also my granddaughter got sick and she walks up to us had us spay and a roll of paper napkins! Restrooms dirty no paper or paper towels had to tell them just horrible experience and very dirty and no customer service this place has gone down the drain!!

Service is terrible! Made an online order said it would be delivered at 8:38 pm then I received a text saying my pizza would be delivered at 8:53 so I wait at 9:05 I call because where's my pizza, was told that my pizza has been sitting in the front and door dash hasn't picked it up. I asked why I wasn't notified that there was a problem? They say they are busy and didn't notice. They say they are going to call door Dash to see what's going on and he would call me back, no call. I get a text stating my pizza will be delivered at 9:57! So I call back and ask why they didn't call my back with some options, discount, refund, something! They say they were going to call me when door dash picked my order. Really?! Over 2 hours and all they could say was that they were busy. No apology only to say they were sorry they didn't handle it the way "I" wanted! I cancelled my order nonetheless. Terrible customer service!

Pizza sauce didn’t taste great. Either something changed or a mistake was made but it was not good. There was only one guy running the place and he was doing his best but he clearly could have used help. Hoping the next visit is better since we are so close.

Salad bar food was either old or out too long, small flying bugs around it. Ordered and saw our wings just sitting there for over 5 min I did mention it to one of the employees and he stated there's a heater above it ..that wasn't the point. Just felt bad and didn't make a fuzz because I can tell they were understaffed based on the amount of employees I saw. Use to be my place to go, prefer the one by canyon springs. Never an issue there.

I ordered two pizzas from Round Table Pizza in Moreno Valley. When I arrived at the time the pizza should be done I noticed there was a young kid working by himself. The pizzas hadn't even been made yet. I waited another 20 minutes and he came out to tell me he was out of sausage and couldn't make my pizza. He didn't offer another topping and told me I'd have a refund I told him I would take another Pizza. He said it'd be a long it. I then asked for the the manager's number. He just gave me the store number. I asked for the manager's cell number. I left a message and he never called me back. Why an employee is left alone so young is terrible.
