Finding a fast food establishment that has not only good food but good service is hard to come by now days. After walking into the store I was greeted to friendly faces and “hellos”. I have always received great service from this store and due to this I have been going there for the past year. Throughout my time visiting I have seen what exactly the staff have to endure first hand. From customers complaining because they wanted more spinach to yelling at the new staff over a small mistake. After talking to several of the staff members I learned that several of them are still in high school!! People complain yet they don’t understand that some of the staff are still kids. Do better citizens of Moreno Valley and stop putting your selfish needs first.

This location closes at 9:30PM on Sundays, as advertised. I placed an order online and went to pick up prior to 9:30pm. The doors were locked and the employees saw me, giggled and walked to the back. I had to call the store and let them know I was outside to pick up my order. The gentleman inside offered to bring me my order to my car. I appreciate him doing that, but it’s still unacceptable for the doors to be locked before the closing business hours. Do better!

Have placed an order there twice and asked for the bread to be toasted. Both times it wasn't and they were to go. I took them to eat on the road and the didn't cut them either. Not good when you are eating in you car.

They have certain cool workers . But today 12/27/2022 there going to mess my sandwich up and then I return and charge me for a new one and another thing they say they close at 9:30’but doors locked at 9:20 that’s not accurate. If it closes at 9:30 doors should lock then not at 9:20 . And there as no fresh cookies

Was waiting till open hours wich was supposed to be 8am tried going in exactly at 8 doors where still locked. Got there since 730am workers where there already they didn't seem to care that I took off somewhere else.

The worst service I have ever experienced. I placed an online order and arrived upon pick up time. Pressed the button to let them know I am here for curbside pickup. I did not see anyone making sandwiches so I thought it might have been closed after waiting 10 minutes at curbside. Feeling uneasy I got out and went inside. No one was in sight. Once I called out, two employees came out, I asked for my pick up and they said there had not been any online orders, I showed my receipt with details on the store address, they both said I was at the wrong location. After triple checking the location, I went back inside, the employees rolled their eyes, continued to direct me to another location, once I showed the location again, they refreshed their system, they said ooops, made the sandwiches and didn't even apologize. I feel bad leaving this review but it looked like the employees preferred to be on their phones and be rude to customers. Maybe some training is needed.
Customer service was excellent very fast got my sub was prepared quick and fast, angel was very quick and respectful definitely would return to this location
