I have been to many Subways and worked as a supervisor for one many years ago! This one is ran by two hard working and beautiful women named Candi and Julietta. They keep this store immaculate to the Subway standards. Bread cooked perfect, cookies perfect, chips and condiments filled, knives clean, floors clean, chips stocked, great customer interactions and quick and easy service. They should own a Subway, they are the best around! Whoever owns this store, you are so blessed to have these ladies run it exceptionally well. I just have to recognize excellence when I see it.

Is everybody lowering their quality or what??.. this bread is 100% NOT fresh.. chewy/ hard like it was microwaved.. It had been awhile since I went to subway and it will be awhile before I go back.. smh

Just went to this Subway. Ordered a veggie patty with only sweet onion sauce, and a sweet onion chicken teriyaki. I asked them to heat the chicken and the girl working there refused. She said it could only be heated if I had the bread toasted....I know that's not true since I go to this location on a regular basis and they have had no problem in the past heating the chicken without toasting the bread. Even when I told her that she still refused to do it.Then when I got home we found out that she had put mayonnaise on the veggie patty.Ice cold chicken not that great on a sandwich....between not being able to get a simple order correct and the rudeness of refusing to heat the chicken I won't be going to this location in the future.I thought Subways selling point was that you could have your sandwich made the way you want it?Oh yeah, their app tries to force you to sign up with Google pay...since I didn't want to do that I couldn't order through the app and get the advertised buy one get one 1/2 off deal).

Haven’s had a sandwich here in a long time, now we know why! Bread was burned, not toasted, tough and chewy. Sandwich tasted extremely salty, couldn’t eat what we bought and paid for. Won’t be going back!

I will not be returning to the subway, yes, it’s nice and clean but the lady who was making my sandwich was touching all types of meats and when I asked for cookies, she reached in there with her bare hands. I was just touching the meat to grab two cookies. And I said, “can I have another pair of cookies if you touch those with your hands that touched the meat and then she proceeds to put the cookies that she just cross contaminated with meat back inside of the storage box with all the other fresh cookies. Gross.. you’re supposed to use the utensil that’s there to grab the cookies. Lunch rush or not you should know cross-contamination!

I live closer to the Pigeon pass location, but I travel further to this one on Sunnymead because of the superior customer service I receive. I'm greeted when I walk in, and I'm told it will just be a minute to finish up another customer. I order my classic Italian, but if I'm not sure of the toppings, she'll clue me in on the most popular selections. Unlike the Pigeon Pass location, the young people working here don't make you feel like you're wasting their time!!

placed a very important catering order three weeks prior to my event; came in during assigned pick up time and they never made my order or even knew what I was talking about. I demanded a refund for poor customer service and them not having my order ready. After I kept insisting for a refund; I was constantly getting denied, even if I paid and had a receipt to prove it! employee called manager and they also did not want to give me a refund. I had my receipt and finally got my refund, this subway wasted my time and ruined my daughter birthday. She asked for one thing “subway” and these idiots couldn’t do one thing right. Never again!!!
