We stayed in Waikiki for a week and we ate here three times.... It was soooo delicious. The garlic shrimp is so delicious and you get a good portion for what you pay for compared to other places. The teriyaki chicken was very tasty too. Huge amounts of rice too. Cute little food truck outdoor area.

My husband and I have visited this establishment on several occasions. So far, every entree has been consistently delicious. It's not everyday you find a soul food restaurant where everything on the menu is delicious, prepared fresh and seasoned just right. I mean even the cornbread muffins are good! The customer service is great and the food proportions are generous and priced right.

When I say everything is delicious, EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS! Even Chef Vija's personality!.... If you haven't tried one of her HOME COOKED meals whether it be wings, Ox tails, any of the pastas, or even tacos, YOU ARE MISSING OUT!Portion sizes more then enough. I usually can only eat half and save the rest for later. I don't even need to microwave the left overs , It's that good! Must have!!!
I ordered the fried chicken plate for my brother and my dad! There's not a lot of soul food places in our area so we definitely miss the yams and Mac n cheese and cabbage and so much more....chileeee when I tell you they toe this food up so quick!! definitely will order again!

Brace yourself! The food here is off the rector scales, I've tasted good food but for this place it's alright to be the best, the staff is quick on getting you your order, the food is definitely worth the price and it will leave you wanting more, so if you don't catch them at an event, go to their place in Moreno Valley, you can even have a date night, or have them do your next party.
