A Mixed Bag of an ExperienceI had a mixed experience at Wendy’s on Day St Moreno Valley CA about a week ago today.The food was good, but the service was inconsistent.I must point out this- the only person who made my visit worthwhile was ZOELAN, who was a gem of a young man. He was courteous, patient, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the Wendy’s promo and app to me with flair and passion. He also got my order right and gave me the correct change. He was the epitome of customer service. I implore the management at this location to promote & give this gentleman a raise immediately of not sooner. Thank you, Zoelan, for your wonderful service. You are a legend!However, I can’t say the same for the other drive thru worker lady, she was a thorn in my side. She was rude, impatient, and clueless. She had no idea about the Wendy’s promo I asked about or the slightest knowledge about the app. She then barked at me when I asked her about it. She also messed up my order and gave me the wrong change. She was the antithesis of customer service. She spoiled my mood and made me lose my appetite. She needs to be retrained or fired, because she is tarnishing Wendy’s reputation and customer satisfaction. She is an embarrassment to Wendy’s brand and to the customer service industry.Overall, I had give Wendy’s on Day St MV a 3 out of 5 stars. It would have been a 5 easily if it wasn’t for the incompetent drive thru worker lady. I suggest you steer clear of this place, unless Zoelan is working, otherwise you will regret it. Wendy’s, please do something about your staff quality and consistency. You have a loyal customer in me, but only if you treat myself and others right. Otherwise, I will bid you farewell and I will spread the word to stay away from the Day St Moreno Valley restaurant.
Hearing about their price increasing will not have me going back.

This Wendy's food doesn't taste the same as the one I usually go to. I always order the 2 for 3 breakfast.. egg n cheese with med coffee, I really like this combo and it's good but at this Wendy it was so dry that not even the ketchup I put on it help, it would crumble as I was eating it.The other Wendy I normally go to puts it on a bun and it is so tasty just the right amount of salt and all, not messy just a good hot sandwich when I'm in a hurry. The Wendy's on Day st gets a 3 out of 5. Maybe next time it will be better.

So, me and my family went to Wendy's, and we ordered our food so tell me why they forgot to make my cousins food and on top of that they gave me the wrong order and I don't know how they messed up because the staff repeated the order back to me but still got it wrong, I don't appreciate that.

Ordered 10pc spicy nuggets. Got 3 not spicy and all mixed with normal and spicy. Soda tasted disgusting. For the prices these days this is ridiculous. Customer service is horrid seems like worker didn't want to be there. Never again.

Going to Wendy's along time at the Riverside store so so service, used to give a drink free for sensors or a slurpee with a order of a double burger, or a free coffee, this store is getting cheap, no regard for sensors. The Moreno Valley store is just as bad.
