I literally just saw a fly on the raw dog bite tray before baking them, I told the lady prepping them and she looked at the cashier. Not sure what they said and the lady continued to prep them she just spooked the fly away. I always get my family treats here. No more after this.

When your competitors inside a mall offer curbside pickup The least you can do is accept phone orders I called at 6:33 pm Told the girl who picked up I'm on my way I don't want to wait Please have 6 plain pretzels ready for me I do this because you guys never have enough pretzels ready I arrive at 6:37 and you have 3 pretzels on display They tell me it's a 10 minute wait. How does any of this make sense if you are a business manager or owner? What if I needed a larger order? What if have to come in and pay upfront hours or a day before? Horrible business management I now understand why you are clinging to 3 stars

I'm very disappointed at this location , I was in line about to get hotdog for my kid one stuff was holding bunch of coupon to passing out to people but when I asked her can I have one she shaking her head as a "NO" and laughed with her other co worker and speak Spanish seem to be a joke for them . They give me old hard bread and cold hotdog is not first time if not because of my 4 years old child wanted it I wouldn't go there anymore but from today I know better . Also they have bad attitude as always .

My favorite place to go very friendly and great customer service food is always hot and fresh always get greeted by Ana she is a very wonderful hard working person, food is always good you won't be disappointed better than the mall places
