I ordered wings and fries for my sons after soccer practice today. We grabbed our order and drove home (we live around 7.5 miles away, one direction). They started eating the fries, since that's their favorite. Downside is they always get too cold by the time we get home due to the distance. We started eating our food together when we got home and I freaked out because I thought there was a bug in the fries. I told my kids to stop eating immediately (they were both enjoying their wings) and called the location to let them know about the possible bug in our fries. Jay (sorry if that's not the correct spelling) helped me over the phone and in person when I arrived. He was extremely calm, reassuring, and professional about the situation. He showed me the unknown item was actually an overly deep fried corn kernel! I had no idea they even make corn at Wing Stop until tonight! I was so relieved and appreciative of Jay and how professional he was, especially compared to the hackling coworkers in the cooking area who laughed about the situation right in front of me, he's the only person worth talking to here. My reason for posting this experience is in case it helps someone else who might encounter the same mixup since it can be a very stressful and nauseating experience if it happens. I failed to pick up and examine the overly fried corn kernel because I was freaked out! After driving back home I looked at the multiple overly fried corn kernels in our fries, and I can see they are in fact corn kernels. I'm thankful for Jay and his manager/the owner that was on the phone with him while I was there in person to show the food.

omg this was fire , I used to go to day st by the mall for my wings , but I can tell there under new management because it's just not the same n the past few months my orders have been wrong I was gonna give up on wingstop I'm glad I cahere I'm back in love

Great food and quick service. I ordered bone-in wings and garlic parm fries with ranch of course! Staff were attentive and efficient. Store was clean and orderly. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

These are no longer chicken wings, these are pigeon wings. Did you guys get a new chicken distributor to cut back on costs? There was barely any meat on these wings.

This was the worst food I’ve ever ordered from WingStop. I ordered a 10 piece combo meal, over the phone. I went to pick it up after 20 minutes which is the time they told me it would be ready. Was happy to get there and be greeted nicely by one of the employees. It wasn’t until I got home that I was so disappointed. The food was terrible. The wings tasted and smelled like they had been cooked in old oil. Very unpleasant, they were fried so much the meat was dry and tough The fries I ordered with lemon pepper. I was hoping those would be good but sadly no. It seemed like they gave me scraps. It was a bunch of short pieces of potato, not one was a full length fry. They were also soggy..

I ordered a 10 Bone in wing combo all Flats extra crispy and the Girl that took my order said it will be ready in 25 mins. I was already on the way so it will be perfect timing for me to get there and get my order on time. I came in Paid waited not to long after. I like my wings extra crispy so i dont mind waiting the extra mins. Finally the call my name they showed me the wings and it was extra crispy just how i love it , and the fries were hot and crispy. I love love wingstop.
