Enjoy coming here often. Today at 1:51p I asked if I can add a Boba at the window, the cashier stopped, sighed and rolled her eyes, she then said next time you need to order b4 bc it takes time to make...this was a very disappointing experience.

Food was cold and meat wasn't cooked properly ? next day it was bugs flying around it like it has bacteria please do not eat here. I was there last night and the drive thru lady was rude they didn't have salmon or noodles...ugh sick and sad from spending almost $30...please ask to see them cook your food because they do not care at this location ?

Stay away from this Yoshi no no. I love yoshinoya but not this one! The server through drive through was rushed, hard to hear and understand, and he seemed annoyed when ordering then I got my food and I couldn't even finish it it was so bad. The rice was dry, vegetables not fresh, and the meat was flavorless. No napkins provided or soy sauce. Skip this one.

I usually get the same thing but if every once in awhile something new on the menu I might depends. Beef bowl no No vegetables white rice soy sauce .. And I might get the gioza or udon noddles and one sauce that have to pay 25 to 50cents for. The staff are pretty good, good with services , there good on making your food pretty quickly and fresh. I rated a 4 because I always get the same thing that I trust to get everything else iono about so couldn't rate it anything else. But over all pretty cool.I haven't had no issue when I pull up.

This happened today February 11, 2024 around 6:50pm at the moreno valley location: 24318 Hemlock Avenue #H Moreno Valley CA 92553. Earnie the employee gave me the name of the drive thru employee (Jennifer) who flipped me off. Jennifer the drive thru employee gave me the middle finger for no reason and accused me of being a potential criminal trying to cause her harm. She instructed me to let her know ahead of time thru the drive thru speaker who I am and then accused me of being a criminal that wants to do her harm fishing with flipping me off with the middle finger while walking away from her post. I had to wave down Earnie to ask him for her name which he very hesitantly whispered it to me. Absolutely unacceptable. I will post this as well on Google maps and wherever I can on social media / internet. This is grounds of termination for Jennifer. I am furious to have experienced such mal treatment.
