Update: tentatively pleased. The previous experiences are diminishing. Although, at the outset, I knew this to be a niche location, it is deeper than that alone. I have determined to paint a portrait of these folks, And thereby gain a better understanding of them. I will withhold further consideration for at least a couple of months. My hope is that they will upgrade to us a four star even if incredibly niche at that .I prefer honesty, which informs my intentions. I am 50. Been twice. Open mic. No one tells you what they are going to play or gives any hints, they just GO. The timing is off on most songs. Seems most of the folks are regulars and all know each other.Mainly late 60’s or older it seems. The ones I chat with seem nice enough. Mike is a sincere, and kind gentleman, however, I went there to PLAY music! The guess-work is frustrating, embarrassing, and un-encouraging. Perhaps if there were a night with an hour or two to meet up in between Mondays yo work up and tighten songs , that would go a looong way! Also, i was asked twice if I had somewhere to go, as if I were homeless. Poor observational awareness and pre-labelling like that will definitely keep any wandering musicians who don’t already know any of the regulars far away! I know so e other musicians who might be interested, however, I don’t want to drag someone else into “Awkward Town”. Might try again. We shall see.

I came here today 9/21/22 trying to grab food and drinks. We got seated and the waitress just said anywhere. But never gave us a menu or even water. I figured we would try this place out but looks like I will not be coming back here.

Went for Open Mic on Monday before Labor Day. Small crowd that night attributed to COVID restrictions & hiring troubles. Some absolutely wicked talent there! Our group had a meal of fish and burgers: delicious with good service by conscientious but obviously-stressed owners. Beers were less than $5. Me and my friend got up and did a couple of songs to the very receptive audience! All in all a very enjoyable evening. We're already planning our next outing!

We've enjoyed their live music and we tried out their trivia on Wednesday night. Fun, fun, fun. I love how they put it all together on the big screen with the music. I will be back.

I Love this place. Great food. Very friendly people. I have been going for Tuesday night karaoke and the quality of the singers is just WOW. Something happening every night. Friday night was fun too. I haven't been to comedy .music open night yet or trivia night. Saturday is live music. The owners are really good people and Mark plays great piano. This place is a Must for the food and prices. OPENS AT 5 PM. Be sure to tip the staff and entertainment DJs. They deserve it.

I love this place. Always so much fun. The music is infectious and so is the atmosphere. The owners Mark and Susan are wonderful people. I stop in at least once a week to order the ribs with a salad and their amazing blue cheese dressing!!

We found this restaurant on Passport (BOGO card) so decided to take some friends there. Only one other couple in the restaurant that evening. Owner serenaded us on the piano during dinner. Was delightful. Dinner was good, not amazing, and wait staff was attentive. Overall, a pleasant dinning experience. The issue came when it was time to pay. When the owner saw that we had a Passport Card, he totally freaked out. He went on and on about how we were taking money out of his pocket and literally threw the check at us saying dinner was on him! It was such rude and unacceptable behavior, especially in light of the fact that we had brought friends with us. I was literally in shock and speechless. Understand, HE made the choice to participate with Passport! HE understood their policy! BUT, HE made it seem like somehow we were taking advantage of HIM. He was aggressive, sarcastic, condescending, and unbecoming of a business owner. We ended the evening by calculating our own tab and leaving a generous tip for our waitress (we were not going to leave without paying...). We will never go back there again! Weird thing is...I can see that they are still participating on Passport! WHY?!Remove yourself from Passport if you do not want to honor their BOGO policy PLEASE!

The food and atmosphere of this delightful restaurant are both wonderful. The owners are long-time patrons of the arts who have supported up-and-coming performers for years. There are a variety of regular activities scheduled throughout the week for all ages, including music, comedy, board games, line dancing, and more. The desserts are particularly delicious, and the visual art is beautiful.
