Baskin Robins always hits the spot when your sweet tooth starts acting up ?. The staff at this location is super friendly, and there is usually not wait on weekdays. I usually order a milkshake and it’s never too long of a wait. My daughter loves their sorbet too. Overall, this location is a win.

This location is Morgan Hill is always convenient, and they have a large number of different varieties of ice creme flavors available.My only small gripe is the cost of two scoops in a cup, usually around $7. Yes, a bit pricy but the quality of the product may justify the price.

we stopped and had ice cream at this 31 flavors. Staff is pleasant and keeps the place clean. We enjoyed ice cream. I liked my mint chip ice cream cone. My husband had Jamaican almond fudge in a cup. He liked that too.

The new owner is amazing; not sure what that lady's review was talking about. The store has improved so much since it has come under new ownership. How can you serve ice cream to go and not have lids. I asked for 2 quarts hand packed and they had to put wax paper and rubber band over opening. This is really poor. I may have to go out of town for my ice cream

I was at this store a couple weeks ago and i wanted to use the kids scoop for 99cents promotion. When I was going to pay I was told that it's only 1 use per group. I asked to do separate transactions and was told I couldnt do that. (Coupon says one per customer) So I just paid anyways. However another family walked in asking about the same coupon and another girl that was helping them told her she can break it down in multiple transactions. Which was what I asked for.I emailed the store owner because it seemd a little rude for them to do that but, no answer. Rude all around.
This used to be our favorite place but ever since the new management took over 1. Place is clean and pleasant - 5 stars 2. Most of the staff is friendly but slow - 3 stars 3. I usually go for a kid's size scoop since it is plenty for me, but with the new management, even a regular scoop is not enough.- 1 star I will find a new place for enjoyment and use this place strictly for cakes or pies orders.

This location is awesome! We got our wedding dessert (polar pizzas) here and everyone loved it. I love how you can customize the orders, and Emily helped us out a lot by labeling each polar pizza by number for our guest tables. Thank you!

Emily was so helpful in assisting me order a 1/3 sheet of cake when the other Baskin Robbins on Tennent Ave REFUSED to make it because they only take custom orders for larger cakes. All I wanted was vanilla cake with oreo ice cream. So I took my business here and I'm very glad I did.

The ice cream choices are perfect but, the staff could've been a little more engaging. We found ourselves standing around waiting for someone to acknowledge us then as we're deciding to leave, finally one of the employees says, "what can I get you" It would've been nice to have been greeted with a welcome to baskin robbins, one of us will be with you shortly. It most definitely would've helped with our confusion of not knowing who was next in line. I'm just saying though!
