Went to eat there few weeks ago. The person in front of me couldn't reside what they wanted and the owner refused to let me go ahead and order. So I sat down to wait after couple minutes the person still had no clue what she wanted. My order could of been completed. The owner still wouldn't take my order so I left.

After our previous disappointing visit to Dickie's Morgan Hill and our Yelp review, we were contacted and did received three coupons from Dickie's Corporate via mail offering free food, one coupon per purchase. We were surprised that anyone responded to our previous complaint but we were happy to give Dickie's another try. They have been a staple for BBQ for us for a long time so we were hoping for the best. Went back to Dickey's Morgan Hill today with one of the coupons and we were told that they do not accept those coupons. Again a disappointment. Maybe corporate should let their local franchisees know about these coupons. Regardless, I hope Dickey's BBQ Morgan Hill figures out something fast or they will be out of business.

Today a friend and I I went into the Dickies BBQ in Morgan Hill for lunch. Just wanted to recognize the staff who was very friendly and the food was excellent, cooked to our liking. Keep up the excellent work.

Went there for the first time and tried their brisket sandwich and wasn't very impressed, the meat was real dry, luckily I had extra sauce to eat with it. Don't think I'll be going back.

A Friend and I went into the Dickies BBQ today for lunch, I must say the food was excellent, cooked well done but not burned. Most restaurants can't get that cooked just to my liking by they did a great job. Service was great, staff was very friendly and talkative to us as well as other guests within the establishment. I would highly recommend this location If you are ever in the area and have an appetite for BBQ. Keep up the great work!

For paying $40 for ribs I would say this place is not worth it. Ribs I got were over cooked and very dry. Got the rice crispy for my dessert and it was stale! Had to toss that out. Horrible first and last time there. Won't go back again. Nothing special sorry.

The pork in the pulled pork sandwich was soo tender and tasty! It was a pleasant surprise. Service was fast, my sandwich was made-to-order, and I enjoyed it very much.

Poor customer service. This was my first experience at Dickeys and was disappointed. They were rude and did not greet when entering the establishment. When I asked to have a moment to look over there menu they seem bothered by it. My friend was with me as well and attempted to order and they rolled there eyes when asked to have a moment to review the menu. It made me feel uncomfortable.

Fun place to watch the game. Excellent barbecue.
