the people working at night are terrible and disrespectful i was in the drive thru line at 12am and the guy shuts off the menu light while we were waiting in line and doesn't bother to tell us anything then we pull up to see why they did that to us and the workers disappear and wont answer after knocking on the window plus it says till 2am!!!! they need to be checked so rude!!!!! we try to knock on the front door to the lobby and no one even bothers to answer. this is so disrespectful and uncalled for specially when there's not food around open this late.

We had to wait in The parking lot for our hamburgers. We ordered those butter hamburgers. The meat was terrible on them. My mom and I both couldn't finish them. I was very disappointed. I remember having them before and they seem like they're pretty good but it's been years and we ordered two of them and they were terrible and we had to wait in the parking lot to get them That's what I get for eating fast food

You people are absolutely beyond terrible. First of all, why put a phone number if you are not willing to answer the phone during operating hours? It's 11:51pm right now, and I was there 20 minutes ago. I placed an order for a number 10. I get my food and there's bacon on it, I do not eat pork. I didn't request any. I didn't realize until halfway into my sandwich. I have called and called, wondering if I can come back so you can correct my order. This the second time you guys have done this. I called three times, and on the third call, someone took the phone off the hook so it wouldn't go through. I will be coming to speak to a manager. Senseless workers. Shame on you.

The guy that works late doesn't know how to say. ( Please and Thank You ) or almost like he doesn't like the Job. The fat lady has the galls to tell me only 2 ranch for an order of onion rings and egg rolls it's no wonder they don't have any good

I placed a delivery order through there website for my class. The restaurant is only 5 minutes from my work. I received a text it would be delivered in 2 minutes so I headed out to the parking lot. After waiting over a half hour in the parking lot the deliver through uber eats showed up way late. The drive called lost but spoke no English so it was impossible to communicate with them where they were. They handed off the food and left. The food was cold milkshakes all melted and the ice had even melted in the drinks and items were missing. I tried to call the number in the receipt 408-525-4970 but it would not go through. So I filed an online complaint through there corporate website asking for a refund they said they would contact me but 6 days later no response. So I had to call my credit card and file a dispute. Great customer service Jack in the box. I guess I'll just order from McDonald's next door to you for now on.

Went into this restaurant cause I had a horse trailer in the parking lot so was standing in there and was watching this guy just running the fryers taking orders working the register and did it all with precision speed he was working his tail off great job to you and your side kick who was the girl working the window great job
