Impossible Handwich, Yum!!I'll be going to Jamba more for this...It's a breakfast-style sandwich made with a plant-based Impossible Sausage patty and served with dairy cheese (that can be omitted) comes on a toasted sprouted grain bun.

The staff poured the orange juice out from a jar instead of freshly made using the machine. It tastes so watery - either the oranges they used aren't good or they added water to the juice.

Everytime I come here it's a pretty miserable experience to be honest. Apparently greeting, smiling nor saying thank you to your customers is a thing here at this Jamba Juice. I have a hard time believing that every one hired is socially inept so my first thought who is the terrible manager of this location to have a team of unhappy, unfriendly, staff. I have worked customer service for many years-I have been treated lousy many times on the job but I still knew how to be kind and courteous to my guests no matter where I worked. So all I can say is...someone is to blame for the negative mood at this particular Jamba Juice. Who is it?

Service: relatively fast to make the two large smoothies I ordered and my interaction with the cashier was normal. Nothing bad to report.Ambiance: Store is kind of small inside, no indoor seating available. There are some tables outside though.Smoothies: very good and healthy. Consistent quality with smoothies I had in the past.

The girls are super rude. No welcome in or hello. The cashier had her headphone in one ear too. It was super unprofessional, so no wonder she couldn't hear me when I had to repeat myself multiple times.Also I said thanks for the drink to the girl who blended my juice and she was silent. There was no "you're welcome."Jamba Juice in Gilroy is so much better. They're polite and energetic and very welcoming, how a Jamba Juice should be! They are supposed to be a fun energetic smoothie shop and instead the Morgan Hill one is like walking into a funeral home or Grimm reapers death place. Also my smoothie wasn't even fully blended and had chunks in it. I will never go back again: someone needs to seriously call them out for their bad attitude and talk to their manager.
I don't even wanna give a review because I feel so bad but honestly I seen other reviews and I need to add that what everyone is saying is true. The workers there definitely look like they don't want to be there at all. Especially the girl with the nose piercing she is the cashier and is the first person to look at....it was kind of upsetting that she just waited there for me and my girlfriend to take our order there was no hi or any type of greeting at all from her. Not only that I got a gotcha matcha and it's supposed to be a iced beverage with cold foam on top and instead I got a bitter matcha smoothie:/

Dirtiest Jamba we have ever been in. Both the restaurant and bathroom were SO filthy. No excuse what so ever. Never again will we go into this Jamba in Morgan Hill.

I came in at 2pm to get an açaí bowl the chick with freckles was leaning on the machine not even wanting to be there. No thank you no greeting I get it's not their job but it's courteous to do so especially at a well known establishment. The girl making my bowl had her earphones in and just put my bowl on the counter as if I was some sick dog. I will not be coming here again for sure and I hope nobody goes here to be treated this way. Disgusting customer service bottom of the barrel if they don't want to work there theirs other places hiring but with that attitude good luck. They gave Jamba Juice a bad rep for sure.
