This restaurant is very clean, very Erie, friendly staff the.Cashier's are very friendly with a deadly smile. When you arrive like you're being welcome. Service is fantastic. Atmospheres pretty lacks no children running around and no music in the background. Fantastic recommend this KFC. And I believe this one is an morgan hell if i'm not mistakenDietary restrictions: You might not want to eat here. If you have Is diabetes high Blood Pressure.And if you're obese please choose a Healthier optionParking: No shortage of it. Do not come to this location. They are very cheap and stingy with what pieces of chicken they give you. If you order a bucket of chicken prepare to be disappointed with small, dry, and old pieces. They will fill up the bucket with wings and cheap out on the larger pieces. Multiple times this has happened and it is a common theme with the same employees aswell.
I have lived in Morgan Hill for over 20 years and this is the KFC that I have faithfully attended over the years. I am a true believer of supporting local businesses but I can not support this KFC anymore. Sadly, I have seen the service worsen slowly over the years and today was the worst that I have seen it. I came in to order some food to go and was the very first person in line (in fact the only person in line at first). Slowly additional customers came in behind me over a 30+ minute wait. The whole time there were 4 workers working in the kitchen and not one person at the cash register. I was patient because I assumed they were busy with drive in orders but they were not and just talking to each other. Eventually (and unfortunately) I had to yell out "Is KFC closed today?". And in return I got 4 blank stares and then a 5th person came out of nowhere (must've been hiding hoping the line would go away) and asked me what was wrong. Before I could even tell them that I was waiting for 30 minutes to put in an order, the person behind me in line answered for me that the problem is that the four of us in line have been waiting for 30 minutes to put our orders in. You know service is BAD if the person (a complete stranger) behind you in line is complaining for you! I am done with this KFC and will never go back. The new Chick-Fil-A that is opening in Morgan Hill soon couldn't come sooner...

For the 3rd time we literally just stood there ... employees just hanging out, talking to each other, on their phones, going outside and in the lobby chatting with friends, and ignoring us completely for over 5 minutes. After asking a couple times we got absolutely No acknowledgment and a couple side eye glances! LAST TIME I got the equivalent of less than 1 chicken tender and a destroyed biscuit in my box! So, I walked out for the 3rd, and last, time! Again, and I cannot stress this enough, I DON'T recommend this location!

the last months the chicken is not having any flavor, today bought a bucket 12 pieces it was expensive and the chicken was very dry either is overcooked or is old.when I buy kentucky in other cities is very tasty and like kentucky should taste, but in Morgan Hill is not good since a year ago.
