Probably the best Mexican food we have had in the Bay Area! from the margarita to the fresh guac, street fries to our main entrees, the food was fresh, delicious and flavorful. Service was great and the outdoor picnic table seating made us feel safe since we are still in a pandemic. Great options for vegetarians. The enchiladas and chilli rellenos were really good. Definitely going back again!

Was visiting family and friends and craving good Mexican food. Looked at the rave reviews here and took my party of 5 to Nina Perdida. The guacamole was tasty as was the salsa except very small portions along with a tiny handful of chips; you have to pay extra; it's not complimentary. I wanted some good old fashioned chicken enchiladas. Well, I got crispy tacos with enchilada sauce on top. It was flavorful except not an enchilada but a taco; hard and dry. Couldn't slice it. The chile relleno was NOT of typical Mexican cuisine. The cornmeal crust was fried, crunchy, tasteless and greasy--terrible. Not the traditional egg batter relleno. The margarita was good but way overpriced($16); not worth it. Will stop here as they were out of albondiga soup and the tortilla soup looked runny. My guest said it was just ok. I'm all for trying eclectic/fusion Mexican food and supporting small business but this was terrible. Maybe they're trying too hard? Most likely won't visit again. Sorry.

Got michocano enchilada plate and it took 45 mins to get and it's not busy at all. The chicken is dry af and the enchilada it's self seems like it's been sitting for a long time not even hot food. Taste 2/10 wouldn't recommend . Go to Taco Bell over this . Plate expensive for the quality of food

Delicious high quality food. My new favorite restaurant in Morgan Hill! The enchalads michoacanas are outstanding and the tacos on Tuesday are a family favorite.

Pleasantly surprised and very happy with this place. Quant little Mom & Pop restaurant in an old converted house. Seating in what would be the driveway/side yard at what would be picnic like table and heaters, and indoor available. Price was a little bit on the high side, but 'well' worth the money. The Tropical Ceviche and Chicken Tortilla Soup was amazing, with great flavor. I highly recommend the margaritas, specifically the Habanero Mango, perfect ratio or ingrediencies, but lots of alcohol. Will definitely be heading back there when in the area. Highly recommended.

We gave La Nina Perdida another time and the food and the service were great! All the meals came out at the same time, the server was very nice and hard working. The food was the best it's ever been. Thank you - I will be back!

Our meal was served quickly and was seriously one of the most delicious meals I've had in awhile. We ran into a regular and had a great conversation. The pricing is a little on the higher side but worth it. Ambiance is great. We will most definitely be back.

We tried this restaurant when they first opened, were scratching our head as to why we haven't been back. The food was incredible and I had a refreshing pineapple margarita. We didn't want to fill up on appetizers so we decided to only order guacamole. The chips were crispy although a little too salty. The salsa full of flavor as the guacamole. Our entrees were the fried red snapper it came whole with a salad and picked crudito along with a side of beans , loved the presentation. Second a molcajete that came bubbling with a deliciousness sauce full of meats , chorizo, cheese and some veg. It came with a side of tortillas. My husband thought it was a bit salty but delicious nonetheless. We throughly enjoyed our dinner, drinks and found it refreshing to come to a restaurant that is authentic Mexican. Looking forward to our next visit

Chile relleno was really good! Great presentation of food. Portion size was perfect! Make sure to make reservations. Fairly limited seating so unless you want to sit in the bar, call ahead. We got lucky to get a table as it was still early but multiple groups got sent away. Servers were well dressed and I appreciate that. However, she did forget our drinks order and appetizers but overall decent experience.

Service: 1 star Food: 1 star Ambiance: 1 star NEVER again. Had the guac and salsa for an appetizer. The guac was full of red onions and the salsa literally was chunky tomato water. Both very flavorless and nasty. Came with about 8 chips. I ordered the Baja tacos and the "Mahi Mahi" on them was definitely old and refried, there was something hard and brown in one of my tacos as well. They were also tiny, the tortilla was the size of my palm. The beans it came with tasted like water- absolutely flavorless and terrible. The best thing on my plate was probably the chipotle aioli. The waitress did seem to be alone but she took forever for everything even though there were only 3 other parties there, I had to go inside and leave my table just to pay because she hadn't come back. Tried a margarita which had something white and hard in it... looked kind of like an eggshell. This is the poorest excuse for Mexican food I've ever had the misfortune of trying. 0/10 wouldn't recommend
