This is a pretty busy location in Morgan Hill. I rarely go inside and normally use the drive through. The service is pretty quick and the food is usually fresh when I get it. They do a good job of keeping the drive through flowing.

Zero stars…We walked in this McDonalds about 7:50 pm on 12/26. Nobody came to the counter to take our order. My husband called out 3 times asking if anyone would take his order. A couple of employees looked at him then ignored him. They were catering to the drive through only. We finally walked out & went to Burger King.

On occasion, we visit McDonald's, this specific one, actually! The staff are so friendly and work so very hard.Mistakes have been made with orders, which I understand happens. When it does, the staff here handle it so appropriately and professionally.We travel throughout the country for work & whenever in CA, it's become so very rare to find good customer service. Not just in food service but in general. So we are overjoyed to the staff here who actually take pride in what they do. No matter what job do it to the best of your ability. These staff members truly do.Sure wish we could tip the amazing staff here!Parking: Plenty of parking always available although I use the drive thru I always notice available spots.

We usually visit this location because it's closer to home,and usually the food is hot & fresh. Not this time. We came at night about an hr before closing time, bought the new $13 10pc.nugget meal. And our nuggets looked and taste like they were sitting for a good while.. fries were not fresh. So bummed. Shouldn't the food be hot a fresh no matter what time of open business? Total fail tonight. The Mc Nugget Buddies are super cool though.

Arrived at 11:40 hours say close in 20 mins. No one to answer drive through. When pulled around front 3 employees 2'women and 1 man sitting on the counters with their purses and jackets waiting out the clock to leave.

We ordered inside the restaurant on the self serve kiosk. We were surprised to find there is a surcharge for iced tea when ordering a drink and that the overall cost is almost $14 per person. So $28 for 2 meals at McDonald's, wow!The burgers tasted good and were freshly made, the fries were limp and soggy and the tea was very diluted and flavorless.Not a great experience:(

This was one of the worst visits to a McDonald's. Maybe the timing was wrong. It was about 8 pm. The young man that took my order, you could hardly hear him. When I got to the window, I mentioned it to him. He rolled his eyes and got my change. Got to the 2nd window and waited. Maybe a few minutes, I ordered a #7 2 cheeseburgers, large frys, and a coke with extra ice. I got my order, no ice in the coke, frys weren't fully cooked, and burgers were not fresh. I hardly ever give a bad review, but I will.
Gross never again.
