I would like to eat here more often because the food is good and made with fresh ingredients. The noise level is very high and it is hard to even hear the staff when placing your order. Turn down the awful music and I would be able to come back more often!
My husband and I were ordering the food and this staff woman got confused and she put the wrong order in my plate and insisted that I ordered the same thing as my husband. I complained of wrong order and she just got mad. You should listen to the customer more carefully and be more kind to customers otherwise you lose the customer.

today i was driving past panda when i saw this gorgeous man through the window. i immediately slammed on my breaks and got rear ended, but nothing could stop me from seeing who that man was so i flipped a u-turn in the middle of the road so that i could get to panda. i wasn't even planning on getting panda today but i just had to know who he was. as soon as i parked somebody walked outside to open my door for me. as i glanced up to see his face, i realized that it was him! he was a panda worker and his name was carlos. i was so shocked that it was him. i was also shocked that this panda express has valet. carlos reached out for my hand as i stepped out of my damaged car. he had apparently witnessed my car accident from the window and he said he wanted to make sure i was ok. i told him that i was ok now that he was here. after the valet took my car he carried me inside the restaurant. he told me that orange chicken had all of the proper nutrients to help with my back ache. he seated me at a table while he went to grab me my food. the portions were amazing! he told me he cooked it himself with his own personal recipe, and it was the best orange chicken i've ever had. my back ache went away immediately. even though i live 6 hours away i will definitely come back everyday to experience carlos's beautiful charm and excellent customer service.

Purchased 2 kids meals, cashier asked what kind of drink I wanted. I chose the small sodas. Went to fill my cups and another Panda Express associate approached me and said those cups are only for water. I told her i paid for this and cashier asked what drink i wanted. Her response was ill let it slide this time. Real funny because u lost a customer. I paid and u thought it was necessary to reprimand me an adult. Then a nosy customer got involved. This is it. Time and time again Panda Express disappoints me as their associates dont have any customer service skills.

I love panda and have gone to different locations, this location has been the worst each time consistently. They never fill the boxes all the way when you get the family meal. This time I took pictures. Why make the box a certain size if you're not going to fill it. I mean they didn't even try. Disappointing when you pay almost $40 and only get half the order.
Hands down one of the best Panda I have visited & i wil for sure make the drive to hit this one - The manager helped me & I feel terrible I forgot his name , Maria also ! The place was fully stocked at dinner time , thr food was not old , stirring for hours - They places a hot shrimp in my sons meal to try & that will be on his next order - so many Panda’s are just gross , they don’t cook food after the hour before they close - the line looks unappetizing - this was such a great experience v CLEAN - love the enthusiasm “ wouldYou like to sample anything you have not tried ?” What ? Sure I do ! The apple rolls are also great , a little pricey for what they are however -

I used to be a regular customer at this particular location in Cochrane Plaza, however my visits have been few and far between these days.I find that this location doesn't restock the entre selections I come in for, or run out entirely. Also I've noticed price increases, particularly when getting an item ala carte as opposed to a platter which seems to contain more rice, and less of the item I wanted. On my last visit I was charged more than $13 for a medium size carton of Kung Pow Chicken and a regular drink. The "medium" size container contains barely enough of the item to fill the plate they typically load up with rice when ordering a "2 side" platter.The bottom line is Panda Express has become too expensive in the last couple years. Although I find a few items flavorful and delicious, It's not worth the trouble wondering if they have the selection you come in for.

It is 9:20am and it is not open, this place has a public schedule letting you know about hours/time they operate, and for today it says they open at 7:00am. I drove 7 miles away to get here trusting it was open. So….
