I work close by so I tend to stop by once or twice a month. Every visit has been quite pleasant. The pizza is delicious & the people are great. I highly recommended it. Kudos to Marta for always taking care of me. Once again highly suggest it. You won't be disappointed.

We arrived at 7:00 PM on a Saturday and they were closing the dining room already which felt strange. I attempted to use a coupon from a local high school fundraiser I had purchased and the staff didn't know how to apply it. The pizza was already made so we paid full price and left.

I ordered my salad online, went to go pick up my food on my lunch break, waited 10 mins in there lobby with no one around, they finally came out and said that they were out of lettuce and tried to call me I never got one phone call they could of texted me which they didn't. Then when I asked for my money back they told me it was going to take 2 to 3 days. Come on like you can take my money right away but can't give it back to me right away. YOU GUYS WAISTED MY WHOLE LUNCH..

The OG of build your own pizza. I love pieology pizza because they are quick and they hook it up with the toppings. The service is always friendly and super fast. I like my crust thin layered with lots of meat. You can never go wrong with a pie from here.

Horrible pizza!! I ordered two pizzas in Morgan Hill. They gave one of them to the wrong person so I had to wait for them to make me another one, 45 mins for two pizzas. I drove to my mom's in San Jose half hour away to spend the weekend. Mom's pizza was over cooked the crust was hard, mine that they remade was black on the bottom. Could not even eat it. If I wasn't half an hour away I would have taken them back immediately. When I came home two days later I took the pizza to them and asked if they could make me another one. I was told I needed to bring it back the same day to get a new pizza. Called customer service twice and left a message, I still haven't heard back from them a week later. The worst pizza and customer service I have ever experienced. All they had to do was make another $12.00 pizza and I would have been happy. I will never go back and will tell anyone I know how horrible this experience was!

MARTHA IS OUTSTANDING! She is the epitome of the word work!! She takes her job so seriously that of course she was an owner or at the least a manager - not either, just a conscientious employee. She thoroughly spreads the cheese and sauces, and then rings out the excess liquid from the vegetables. I've seen the first but never the latter. Then she decides that the Gluten free and/or the Cauliflower crusted pizzas should be placed in the oven with those serving metal pans with air holes. When we questioned as to why she did that, she said that she finds the bottom cooks without burning (which they all usually do but we just overlook the overly cooked crust due to the flavorful toppings). Sara was very great also. In the 14 years of our Bay Area living and having been exposed to Pieology in many locations, Mod Pizza in a number of locations, and Top This for a limited time in Los Gatos, this Pieology Morgan Hill locations is NUMBER ONE of all time for us. Kudos to the owners and management of such a wonderful staff. Looking forward to returning many times as well as recommending to as many as we are able.

To start with I love Pieology and their pizza and I love in most cases their customer service but today I must say I will no longer eat at the morgan hill Pieology pizzeria on CochranI took my daughter there for lunch today, and the young man behind the counter, didn’t say a word when it was my time to order, but he gave me a death stare, which I assumed he was waiting for me to order so I did, and he continued to give me the stare down so I assumed again that he was waiting for my daughter to order so she ordered and you continue to stare us down as if he was very angry at us very uncomfortable situation. He wasn’t wearing any gloves, he turns around he walks through the doorway and out of sight in about five minutes later walks back with two pieces of dough in his hand, it look like he just peeled off the floor. I don’t know then he just kept looking over at us with this like angry stare never said a word, but you could tell that he was not happy about where he wasMaking everybody around him very uncomfortable, and unhappy to be there so at this point, not trusting in what he might’ve done behind that doorway with that dough he could have spit on, it, threw it on the floor who knows but I wasn’t going to eat that food after that so my daughter and I turned around and walked out and on the way I suggested to that young man that he find another job that’s more suited to him like mopping floors, where he doesn’t have to deal with customer service. It is not in the best interest of Pieology to put people at the counter to deal with customers and treat them this way. I will never go back there , terrible terrible customer service if I was the manager or owner of Pieology this particular one I would look at the date of this review go back and look at the time cards to see who worked and it’s a young man probably in his maybe late teens or early20s at best working with a young lady Now she on the other hand had a very good customer service attitude although we did not work with her she was working with the customer in front of us anyway never going back there again

Went in on a Saturday evening, place pretty much empty. Stood in line for 25 mins, only 1 couple ahead of me in the line. 2 employees were working on couple of online orders, so slow!! After 25 mins, they didn’t even take my order. i got frustrated and walked out.

We've always loved Pieology but the last several times we've been less than pleased with the quality of the pizza. The crust was burned so bad that we didn't even want to eat it. Also we asked for meatballs on both pizzas but only one pizza included meatballs. We ordered online and picked the pizzas up and brought them home. If I wasn't so tired I would have brought both pizzas back and had them remake them. Instead they went into the trash. We won't be going back any time soon. Too bad the owners of this location don't have better quality control. Very disappointed especially since we've been loyal customers especially through the pandemic.
