Went here recently. It was yummy. Staff was polite. I'll go back! I had the burger, calamari and the lava cake. Everything was tasty!

Very disappointed. Made reservations for 27yr Anniversary for a Friday at 5:30 p.m.. Service was Good. Food tasted Great! Here is the downfall: Went to order wine, both original choices were not available. Asked about Specials, 'oh - no specials tonight', how do you not have any specials on a Friday night?? I've been here on Saturdays and this place is hoppin'! Went to order appetizers, only 4 available. Went to order a salad, only 1 available out of the 4 on the menu, 'and' not on the menu... online menu differed a bit from the in-restaurant menu. Dinner rush hasnt even started and you are 'out of your salads'? Went to order dinner, waitress couldnt advise on their recommendations because they were new, ok... i can still work with that. Both dinners ordered tasted GREAT! - which is the reason for the (3) stars and not less. How are you out of so much on a Friday prior to the dinner rush and no specials?

We went to Prova for my daughter's birthday and couldn't have been more disappointed. Two of us got food poisoning! Something was off with regard to my sons order of Pappardelle Puttanesca. It had a strange flavor and my son couldn't eat it. I ordered Carbonara which was extremely salty with way to much cheese and sauce. I only ate a couple of bites and gave up. We also ordered two mock cocktails one spilled so the waiter brought us another. Not only did we get charged for the spilled drink we also got extremely ill. It's a bad sign when two people get food poisoning from two different dishes. Yes

Early evening on Wednesday I stopped in and wanted a refreshing cocktail. The bartender, Juan, recommended the Bucking Bullet. Very refreshing! I highly recommend Prova!

I'm so happy they made it through quarantine & reopened. The food is still amazing! The Bucatini Fungi is still there & my go-to! If you love mushrooms, you have to try this dish. The pasta is house made & perfect. We tried the Norwegian Blackened Salmon this time & YUM! The menu said "crispy skinned salmon," which is my fav, but there was no skin. That was disappointing. The Eggplant starter was pretty good too. I miss the Octopus carpaccio. The Nutella torta is more of an empanada, but so delicious. The servers & bussers still seem to be figuring out their jobs, but they were all very nice. There were little things like bussing our clean silverware & barely used shared plates, but leaving empty glasses & only asking one person if they wanted another drink. Overall I'm very happy they've reopened.

We went to prova tonight for Mother's Day dinner. The WORST dining experience I've ever had. 1st - waited 10 minutes to be spoken to by someone in order to be seated for our reservation. 2nd - waited 15 minutes for our server to take our drinks. With 2 kids in tow, we opted to order our drinks, appetizer, dinner and dessert all at once. After inquiring about the salmon and the server telling me people really like it, I decided to order and she immediately told me they're sold out. Why not say that to begin with? 3rd - got half of our drinks 15 minutes later, lemonade had a big bug in it so had to send back. Appetizer came and was tasty. 4th - got other half of drinks 15 minutes later plus the replacement for the one we sent back with the bug. We are now almost an hour in. I ordered a sparkly rose and it had no sparkles. When I asked the server if it was the right one, she said yes, but it looks flat. She brought me a new one about 10 minutes later, left the old one on the table, and told me she'd cover the drink. 5th - dinner came and it was good. 6th - server asked if we wanted dessert. We told her that already ordered and she remembered and said she already put the order in. 7th - 15 minutes later, I asked if we could get the dessert to go. She said yes and asked me what we'd like to order. I reminded her for a 2nd time we already ordered dessert from her. 8th - the bill comes and I'm charged for the rose. When I asked her why the charge was on there, she said she agreed to cover the rose that was flat, not the one she brought out to replace it. SERIOUSLY?!?! Why would you say you'd comp it? She sent out the manager who I explained the situation to, he tried to justify it and then finally agreed to cover it. This was a $160 bill for a horrible dining experience that took almost 2 hours total. Needless to say, don't come here. Yes it's decent food, but it's horribly managed and I don't have high hopes the experience will be any better.

We used to LOVE Prova and it is always our go to in MH for dinner. We definitely missed them during the pandemic shut down. We went as soon as they reopened and our food/experience was sub par, but we chalked that up to getting their feet back under them with Covid. We went again for an early Mother's Day brunch today and same experience- bland, flavorless food, and 45 minutes wait after ordering for food to arrive at the table. We will definitely try again in a little while, once they have been reopened longer, but overall- a disappointing experience and not at all the standard we love from Prova, $90 later.

Great place with good quality food.My boyfriend and I Recently took our family to dinner there to show them how great this place has become. The waitress we got was nice but she really lacked in quality customer service skills, every time we asked for something it took longer than expected to get because she would stand at the bar talking with the bartenders majority of our visit instead being consistent at her job.It was a shame to see, but there was one individual that has stood out to us every visit we’ve made there, I don’t know her last name but Cassie is one of the hardest workers I’ve seen thus far. She kept consistent with us coming up to our table making sure we were okay and unfortunately kept having to go over to our server who was more worried about being social with everyone other then the peoples at the tables who needed assistance.Every time we’ve gone Cassie has gone above and beyond to give the best customer service and best experience possible this girl definitely deserves a promotion and will be getting our request for her every time we go!!

Well I have liked this place in the past but, we were seated on the cool street side patio and it took a little while to get service so we order 2 simple cocktails to start, 15 minutes later 1 showed up and they said just a minute for the other...20 minutes later the waiter came back and said we don't have any Vodka, no one cared to take an appetizer order or dinner order, could not have been a worse night out. you know you head out looking for a good night out after a stressful day and it gets worse.

We came to the restaurant just as they were to stop lunch service at 2pm,but the waiter spoke with the kitchen to allow us to place an order and dine in.The pork stew was bountiful and flavorful.The beet salad and the salmon added onto it were very flavorful as well.

After closing over winter because COVID, they've reopened. It seems the staff is mostly new. Although the menu is mostly the same, the quality has dropped. Service as well, not crowded that evening yet quite slow. I hope it's just a slump for now while they get back into their rhythm!
