Came in on a whim while visiting the area. The Mediterranean pasta is a must! Huge chunks of crab and absolutely delicious! Husband had the shrimp and chips which was just as fantastic. Huge portion sizes and everyone was super friendly! Would definitely visit again.
We Always use to go to this Phil’s Fish Market and Eatery, a few times a year but our last visit as of April 19, 2024, we were actually quite disappointed with our visit. We loves Phil’s much better when it was located in Moss Landing. Not only location was a lot better, our food, services, and our welcoming warm atmospheres were much more pleasant then this new location in Castroville. Great deal for the amount of food you get. Everything was made and delivered to the table in a quick manner for a Saturday night. The amount of seafood was nice but tasted too buttery or frozen. Didn't taste fresh. Would still go back since 2 adults was under $50 - a steal these days! Staff was very kind. Bathrooms were clean.
