Ordered a Bourbon bowl, hoping for hot meal on a cold day. The vegetables are raw as in not cooked or if they were cooked I did not notice.:)So it is more of a salad. The rice is cooked but crunchy. ( should have been soaked before cooking.)So I guess it can qualify as a warm meal. A warm salad. I love the idea of the place but I was hoping for a meal designed by a chief.
