This might be the worst KFC I've ever been to. Chicken was soggy and flavorless biscuits were like hockey pucks. The mac and cheese was absolutely disgusting. I remember KFC being a lot better.

KFC is like KFC. the only problem I had was that the cashier, 20-23 year old man, was very high. even though nothing has happened, I was very nervous being served by a completely high person. I am pretty sure others did the same.

I ordered family meal . 8 pieces of chicken and all was so freakin dry and no flavor. Wasted 40 dollars just to throw away the chicken! People who worked there didn’t say anything. They looked miserable. Avoid this place!!

WORST KFC IVE EVER HAD!!Whoever was working in the kitchen today should be ashamed. Every single thing was under cooked and tasted like old reused grease. Even the biscuit was just raw dough that I had to throw out. I would NEVER go back to this location.

Terrible service from management. Nestorm has terrible customer service. Ignored me in the restaurant for nearly 30 minutes ( my entire lunch break) waiting for my mobile order to be made. 30 minutes later he says "how can I help you?" What do you mean how can I help you when you knew 30 minutes ago what I was waiting on. People came in and out with their order. He in those 30 minutes mess up 3 other others and gave those individuals attitude as well instead of owning up to the mistakes. Terrible employee who needs to be removed from the facility.
Food was delicious, warm and as expected. Biscuit was perfect. The place is a bit dingy. Partially the lighting, partially the building needs to be painted and the sign upgraded. Franchise owner is clearly cheap. Staff was friendly and Christian worked hard to fulfill orders.Didn’t have honey mustard but had it listed. Comeon guys.

This disgusting cashier Nestorm sold us an extremely expired cake. I asked him if there was anything wrong with it because it looked like it had been dropped but he said "it is fine." I then saw him tear the expiration sticker off of the container. I found that peculiar but trusted he has no reason to intentionally sell me an expired cake. When we got home, sure enough the cake had huge mold spots on it. This would make someone sick (see photo)
