I like the pizzas and customer service at this restaurant. The pizzas are less greasy than other pizza joints and when picking up, service was very pleasant.They were also very accommodating when I accidentally made a mistake when I ordered online. I wanted to pickup the order at a later time but it was set to ASAP for some reason. I called the restaurant and they were able to change it with no issues. They also take the coupons that are delivered in the mail which is a big plus.

The manager, Ravi, was totally awesome and accommodating after doordash made a big mistake on the order. I appreciate his ( their ) customer service even though door dash was at fault—he willingly corrected the issue without hesitation. Also, order through Papa John’s system NOT doordash. I would recommend this Papa John’

The pizza arrives and as soon as I opened the box this is what i see. Called the store, the gentleman that answered the phone asked me what the problem was. So I explained, and he has nothing better to say than... OK? What do you want me to do this is seriously the worst costumer service I've ever had.
WORSE pizza in a long time. Not sure if it's the location, but I order an XL NY Style pizza with xtr cheese. First order there was hardly any cheese on it and was kinda burned on top. I took it back and they remade it. 2nd order had loads of cheese but was a thick doughy mess. It didn't come close to a NY Style pizza- more like the thickness you'd get with a partially baked pan pizza. I wish I could add a pic of how thick this dough was. Anyway, I'm done. if this is what "Shaq" calls quality, I'll pass.

I work for doordash the owner is great guy. He’s one of the few places that don’t mistreat us. I always will come here anytime I order papa johns. Ppl in Sunnyvale/ Mountain View need to take notes from the owner of this restaurant. Everyone is a customer and the owner is very intelligent and understands that. Alota other restaurants in Sunnyvale/mountainview, don’t look at dashers as potential customers which makes absolutely no sense lol

The pizza is fine, but someone who works there is stealing credit card numbers. They’re calling people back claiming their card reader isn’t working, and requesting people read them the card info. Got fraudulent transactions a couple hours later.
