Very genuine polite girls working on a Saturday morning. However they cannot manage to make orders in a timely manner to save their life. I ordered one smoothie maybe 30 minutes ago and I'm still waiting. Writing this as I wait. There have been about 4-5 other customer complaints while I sit here. There was a DoorDash complaint that had been waiting for 2 hours. I love Vitality Bowls, I've been to many locations but there definitely needs to be a manager in this store! Order at your discretion.

I am HIGHLY disappointed that I have to write this review. I've been going for years and years and have seen multiple staff come and go. It seems to look like it has stabilized over the past few months, but let me tell you it has absolutely not. First telling sign is that this place is run by TEENAGERS with attitude, they DO NOT care. They do not care and you can hear it in their voices, blank faces, no care for urgency. Being a regular here I understand this business gets busy and I am willing to wait to an extent, but 45 minutes for a regular bowl? No thanks. I remember good staff. Levi in the morning, she can crank my bowl out no problem. I remember excellent service when they would go above and beyond, they don't do that here anymore. Heart, she made me feel recognized as a regular, you can tell the customer service and care is there. NEVER once in the past few months have I been asked "How are you?" or have been offered the promotion or explained the menu. Heart did, and not to slam her, but she reassured me when I figured she was leaving for school, she reassured me that this place is amazing whether she is there or not--WRONG. No one has any menu knowledge. My late father passed away just a few months ago, and Heart knew way back then that he was just "sick" she offered Tumeric Immunity Shots, explained the meaning of the powders on the menu. I come in give or take a few weeks ago and I am trying to ask for help. This young lady shrugs and looks at me blank. I was in disbelief. To the owner, save your money don't hire kids who will bring down your business. This place used to be the spot my kids and I would go to for a snack, now we don't even bother. What a shame. We just drive the few extra minutes to the next location. Do better. I'll be back randomly, to write another review HOPEFULLY this place can redeem themselves and take ownership.

Allow me to start by saying that this location is FIVE STARS on WEEKDAY MORNINGS. Levi, the girl who manages the weekday mornings is amazing and her bowls are the best. This is my fave Vitality location so I hate to post this. My husband pre-ordered two bowls for us on Sunday April 21, 2024. When we arrived the girl at the front asked if we minded waiting 35 minutes for our order before we mentioned we pre-ordered. She said oh ok. We are backed up with a big order so there is a delay on pre-orders as well. OK so we sat down. It took 30 minutes past the time the app promised. That is not acceptable. Also, every customer that came in without a pre-order was encouraged NOT to buy something because of the 35 minutes. So the owner essentially lost 35 minutes worth of revenue because a teenager was overwhelmed.

I gave a 1 star but it's really a 0. Took 40 min to even receive my order... I asked for peanut butter on top, was charged for it & it was no where to be found in my bowl. The açaí bowl wasn't even packed with a lot of fruit like many of the other locations. Also rude cashier

truly a great business. I can always rely on vitality bowls for having fresh, delicious, and nourishing food. their employees are kind and efficient, and while the bowls take a few minutes, my order is always correct and the bowls are fresh and delicious. I am glad to have such a good business nearby that is reliable and reasonably price. I highly recommend Vitality Bowls!

I got the nutty bowl. It was great, but you could make the same thing easily at home. I guess you could say this about many things though. The service was not great, as there one women working. She was very shy. Not great for customer service. She was rude to the little boy who came in after me. That being said, unlike other reviews, my food came out quickly. This spot has huge potential, since the location and quality of the delicious food, but the inside is very sad. However, 4 stars since my bowl was great, and that’s what I came in for.Vegetarian options: Everything on the menu is vegetarian except for the steak wrap and bowl. Vast vegetarian selection. 99% percent of the menu.Dietary restrictions: Most items are gluten free and vegan. Some bowls have honey but you could ask for a swap with maple or simply to remove it. All dietary restrictions can be accommodated here as the food can be easily personalised.

The service was amazing! The smoothies are some of the best and healthiest I've ever had for a reasonable price. The over vibe of the restaurant is like nothing I have ever experienced I will most definitely be coming back. Overall Vitality Bowls is amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced healthy snack.

0 Fucking stars. Placed a Togo order for 4 acai bowls at 11:20AM. Website said 15 minutes. So we showed up and asked for our order and it wasn't ready. We waited until 12:30 going in a checking on the order every 10 minutes. ABSOLUTELY CRAZY. Order was placed at 11:20, order was ready for pickup at nearly 1:00 PM. numerous people went to order and were told 10 minutes. With the price of these bowls, I would expect a decent level of service. They clearly don't have staff and don't know how to run a business. Will certainly never be back here again. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE.

This has to be the worst vitality bowl store. Theres teens working which don't know what they're doing half the time. And because of that reason- I gave them multiple chances. They're inconsistent with adding toppings, which if I'm taking off several toppings, and in return, adding one different topping I don't understand why that's an extra $1? ridiculous. This was my fault for not checking. However, I ordered the avocado toast and when I get home- It had raw, not even ripe avocado, which were hard cut up in cubes. Like a five-year-old made it. The didn't mash it. And on top of that raw avocados are not good. And they charge $10 for one piece of toast. Waste of money. And I didn't even eat it. I have to remind them to blend their açai bowls or there is big chunks of ice in it. If you have a blender use it properly! Be careful when you order bowls because most of the time it is not filled to the top. They're very skimpy with ingredients and filling bowls to the top. And they're expensive. And this economy everyone is trying to cut cost however, Reminder- if your products aren't satisfactory, you won't have any customers. And you literally have to stand there for 10 minutes before you get any help. Today I go in and they mashed the avocado on the toast and left off the pumpkin seeds? So basically you gave me one piece of toast with mashed avocado for $10? And why does a customer have to remind you what ingredients go on your items. I Come out of my way to come here. So disappointing. I should be asking for a refund.

I love the food here, the smoothie bowls and the panini pressed wraps. But this location is barely operational sometimes. They're short-staffed, often with just one person, and you can't even talk to them when they are in the back making food. Order ahead, or you may have to wait a long time. The Mountain View location hasn't upgraded to the payment system that allows you to use Vitality Bowls gift cards, so the money I spent on one was wasted.Last time I went, the microwave was on the fritz, so they couldn't heat the food that I had ordered, and the employee didn't know how to refund my online order.Another time, they forgot to read the customizations I had selected in the app, so my kid was upset when his bowl had the wrong toppings. If the owner would just spend a little more money on operations, this place would be 5 stars.

I've been to other franchise branches of Vitality Bowls and I have to say: the two women working here were exceptionally personable and nice. I came in after a Kaiser visit, feeling a little sorry for myself for being under the weather for over a week, and just asked the woman at the counter for a recommendation for something that would make me feel better. The menu is WAY too big for me: I get overwhelmed easily. I just wanted something tasty and healthy. She recommended the Warrior Bowl which was great. It was made with care and given to me quickly. I had a very nice experience overall and feel like I did get myself something that would help my immune system. The prices are up there so not something I can do often, but thank you for offering a good product and interaction.

Don't expect much from this business. My wife is having a baby at El Camino Hospital and the only thing she has asked for since being in the hospital was a fruit smoothie.Called this place and asked for a quick smoothie as a one off. The representative wouldn't budge as a one off favor and told me to use the app.As a soon to be dad who has zero time to download an app, create an account, load a CC, and place an order I would think that they would try to accommodate or care in the slightest because they had the chance to do a good deed.Well done Jamba Juice, you have a customer for life!!

There is advertisement for $3 off bowls with an app, I installed the app, the app showed the reward but the lady at the register couldn’t process it because the code I got didn’t work. It should have been taken care off, unfriendly service and false advertisement.

Vitality bowls had the right açaí to satisfy my tastebuds, but I wasn't too wow-ed by my overall experience. We came here on a weeknight and had no wait. I expected prices to be steeper since we were in the heart of Mountain View, but I felt like $13 for a small bowl plus 75 cents per additional topping was a bit much. We got a kids bowl (which was an okay portion) for about $15 including extra toppings, tax, and tip. I liked the texture of the açaí but felt like toppings were a bit sparse (I think there could've been more strawberry and could barely make out the honey drizzle). Staff were pretty friendly and got our order out quickly. Overall was pretty satisfied with my experience but have had tastier açaí for better value.
