came in today for the first time to try their fried chicken. Had the Really Garlic Chicken combo and have to say it was crazy delicious. Service was very friendly and the interior is clean and modern. Will definitely return to try other flavors of their chicken.

This place was a disappointment for me. Granted, the restaurant dining area itself is modern and has well-arranged seating, and I was able to order from a techy touch-screen panel. However, I noticed that groups of people who came in and ordered after me had gotten their food first. It took quite a while for me to finally get my order, and when I did the server was completely nonchalant about it (and I even entered a nice tip on the order screen beforehand). Also, the server was largely absent from the floor the whole time, and I could never get his attention.The food itself was perfectly beneath mediocre. I mean, it looked and tasted like I could make it at home, only I could have done it better. :-( I actually started thinking I should have gotten a bento from neighboring Nijiya Market.Pretty positive I won't be coming back here again.

Bottom line: they don’t have their act together.Ordered take out (from inside the restaurant) and were in a hurry so didn’t open the bag until we got to our destination.What we found: no napkins, no utensils, ~20 soggy fries (for $8!! - see picture) and chicken with only half the sauce it required.Disappointing is an understatement.

Ordered a small Crispy Honey Butter fried Chicken. I found it expensive, maybe because the small portion was actually big. But also, we disliked it and couldn't eat it. Maybe we shouldn't have picked this menu item, maybe it's not our type of cuisine. All I can say is that it was enough for us to decide to not come back.

Great atmosphere and customer service! Food is amazing I tried the chicken katsu. It was delicious! Also had a robot bring me my food wow. They have tons of different chicken options and drink options like soju and friend chicken. Will be back!
Ordered online. Ready to pick up in 10 min. The restaurant was very clean. Employee (didn't catch his name) was very helpful and friendly. Chicken was superb. Tender and juicy on the inside. Perfect amount of "crunch" on the outside. Will definitely come back to try their other dishes. Parking lot can be crazy because many drivers don't know how to drive. Just be cautious.

This place is never as busy as it should be!Clean, spacious, and chill atmosphere. They always have something fun playing on the TVs, whether it be cute animal videos or kpop music videos. The staff are always nice.The Korean chicken is my favorite in the area. The yangnyum and oven padak chicken are my favorites, although everything we've tried has been good. The blooming onion appetizer is also really tasty.

VONS CHICKEN YOU SAVED ME!! I came out of an extremely disappointing Yelp event and was desperately hungry for some good food -- ordered crispy chicken for pick up $16.99 for 3 drums and 4 wings. The order was pretty much ready in the 10 minutes it took for me to drive over and I devoured that box within minutes sitting in my car. I'm pretty sure I dripped some sauce all over and burned my tongue but man oh man, I had never been so happy to taste some damn delicious fried chicken. What I love about Vons is that crispy chicken skin!!! Oh my god... I'm sad a small box can get eaten up so quickly! The crispy flavor is perfectly savory and I love that you can customize the spice level, although I can eat one more spicy level up!! Service was very friendly and efficient. The restaurant is fairly spacious with nobody dining in on a Wednesday after work. This fried chicken definitely needs to be enjoyed immediately. Drive yourself over and dive into some crunchy tastiness!!
